“I had a comfortable stay in transit and don't regret booking the Novotel. One knows what one is getting, and it is of an acceptable standard. The restaurant and bar is just fine, and the room service is efficient. It's lovely to have chips that are actually fully-cooked—a rarity in Great Britain. What's common in Britain, though, is the inherent hatred and distrust that materialises in a demand to hand over the credit card for everything upfront. The completely unpredictable hot water is also completely predictable.”

“Positive- Hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and tidy, staff are helpful and polite.
Negative- we came as a group of 8 and ate at the restaurant 4/8 meals where wrong but the food was nice.
Around 6pm we had a hotel guest try and enter our room with their own key asking us why we was in his room? Im not sure why this happened but hence the 3 stars”
