“I made a reservation and I informed the reservation person how me experience was so bad as you are the third hotel that I booked in and how i made a mistake going to another brand but it was all the same a (disaster) after checking in I called the front desk to tell them about not liking the room answering me that simply we gave you an upgrade without even asking what’s wrong, for now everything was fine after a couple of hours I could hear the guest next room because it was simply a connected room so no room for privacy also it was fine in the evening i had an issue in the bathroom so I informed the front desk kindly if it could be fix as i am going out and I needed to take a shower when i get back the surprise it wasn’t fixed I didn’t say anything tell the next day all that was fine I checked out and I missed my flight so I needed to wait tell the next day i got back to check in again Regarding for everything that happened to me so i got there I felt like the front desk agent want to do everything not to help me i got millions of word to say but am only gonna say it’s a big shame definitely last time for me getting back as you made my birthday the saddest day this year.”

Kempinski Amman is the ultimate disappointment!
My friend and I went on Friday and since we entered the hotel - it was as if the hotel was abandoned, the AC and lights were switched off..
The hotel does not provide you with sufficient information when you book over the phone.. they surprise you once you arrive at the property!
To enter the pool - we spent around 20 minutes in a dark hot humid room to simply pay to enter..
We were also surprised by the size of the pool; way smaller than how it looks in their pictures, the lounging chairs are torn and very poorly maintained.
We went to order a few drinks from the bar, the bar was empty… and when the employees were finally back they weren’t wearing masks…
It literally took us 15 minutes to get two bottles of beer, and took us 20 minutes to order a bottle of water, not to mention how overpriced all the drinks were!
In addition to that, the pool was overcrowded with kids , jumping in and out of the pool and playing with water guns and spraying water everyone with water..
And finally the quality of people that was allowed to enter was questionable for a 5-stars hotel…
I wouldn’t recommend nor would I ever visit again.

Stayed for one night, it was good, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The meals we had were fine and filling so no complaints about that.
Facilities in the hotel were good, the hotel was clean and tidy so I was a happy customer:)
