“O lugar é muito bonito. Porém, quando cheguei, os lençóis e a colcha estavam sujos (manchados de sangue). Não há recepção ou atendimento adequado. É sempre necessário esperar alguns minutos até que a porta se abra e, se precisar de algo, eles nunca estarão disponíveis na recepção. Foi uma experiência terrível.”

“The rooms are tiny, I was in a 10 bed and you could barely walk through with the amount of luggage everywhere. Was not solo traveller friendly, cold building and rooms and the showers has barely warm water. Reception seemed pretty disorganized and while they were checking me in, they just started talking to another guest to check them in before me. It was strange and unprofessional. Reception didnt advise of activities, I found out there was some drinks in the courtyard with a fire which was nice, but the staff were then pushy to make us go to the bar after a couple of hours. It's not really worth the price.”
