Minha estadia no SpringHill Suites foi incrível. Eu estava um pouco cansado de ficar em um hotel devido à pandemia, mas as máscaras foram necessárias e minha estadia foi essencialmente sem contato. O hotel segue os requisitos de distanciamento social e os funcionários são muito eficientes para atender às suas necessidades. O quarto era limpo, espaçoso e muito acolhedor.

My stay at SpringHill Suites was incredible. I was a bit weary staying in a hotel due to the pandemic, but masks were required and my stay was essentially contactless. The hotel is following social distancing requirements and staff are very efficient in attending to what you need. The room was clean, spacious, and very cozy.

Precauções foram mantidas. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis. Os preços eram razoáveis. Piscina é pequena, mas espaço suficiente para se divertir. Agradecemos a oportunidade de passar nosso tempo aqui.

Se já houve um momento para um novo hotel assumir o controle, é agora. Fizemos o check-in tarde. Tive de voltar à recepção e pedir papel higiênico, toalhas, etc. Havia lixo embaixo e no sofá-cama, impressões digitais em todos os espelhos e comida ou algo na frente dos móveis. Não tenho certeza se o serviço de arrumação foi dispensado durante o covid, mas o Marriott deveria considerar esse problema. Eu poderia ter ido para muitos hotéis diferentes. Por favor, valorize seus clientes como antes ou outra pessoa fará isso por você.

If there ever was a time for a new hotel to take over it's now. We checked in late. I had to go back to the front desk and ask for toilet paper, towels, etc. There was trash under and on the pull out sofa, finger prints all over the mirrors, and food or something on the front of the furniture. I'm not sure if housekeeping was let go during covid, but Marriott should consider this problem. I could have gone to many different hotels. Please value your customers like you used to or someone else will do it for you.

Precautions were maintained. Rooms are spacious and comfy. Prices were reasonable. Pool is small but enough room for fun. We were grateful for the opportunity to spend our time here.

Rooms are nice and clean and super quiet. Front desk staff were accommodating and very friendly and we had no problem extending the stay. Highly recommend and will stay there again soon.

It was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and the price was reasonable. It made you feel at home. There was a bad spot on the carpet in front of the couch we couldn't tell if it was blood or something red to drink. But otherwise it was nice

Nosso grupo teve um grande momento e este hotel fez um trabalho incrível. Reservamos um bloco de quartos com vendas e Jennifer nos deu a melhor tarifa para um hotel com suíte no norte de Austin. Quando chegamos, havia uma jovem chamada Meron, que era excelente. Eles acabaram de renovar o hotel e parece muito bom. A equipe da recepção permitiu que o nosso grupo usasse a sala de reuniões para uma noite de jogos sem nenhum custo extra e agradecemos a hospitalidade. Obrigado a todos SpringHill

Hemos estado en este maravilloso hotel,muy acojedor,moderno con las características de viajeros,sus atenciones excelentes,las habitaciones bien cómodas y preparadas,con sus camas almohadas bien presentadas,su personal atento a la limpieza y ordenar,su desayuno muy bueno,bien presentado,con alimentos frescos,los precios y calidad,son muy competitivos,estuvimos allá con motivo del Grand prix formula1,en el circuito de las Américas, esperamos visitarlo en otra oportunidad,salud!!

Our group had a great time and this hotel did an awesome job. We booked a block of rooms with sales and Jennifer gave us the best rate for an all suite hotel in North Austin. When we checked in there was a young lady named Meron who was excellent. They just renovated the hotel and it looks really good. The Front Desk staff allowed our group to use the meeting room for a game night at no extra charge and we appreciate the hospitality. Thank You to everybody SpringHill
