“So many problems! Beautiful setting. Great food. But room not ready. Then cleaned late in the day. Didn’t provide me an open account at the desk so wanted me to pay separately for dinner. Then wanted me to go to desk to fix it. Got locked out of room. Call for a technician was never responded to so I had to go to the desk to get help. Disappointing!”
