“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Breakfast was amazing! Room was always nice and clean. Laundry service was great as well! Really appreciated Irem’s help - she was able to check me in super early (9 in the morning) (I sent an email a day prior), she is very knowledgeable and always eager to help. I am going to recommend this hotel to my friends who travel to Istanbul.”

“This hotel has a designated guest relations office right upfront and the in-charged person (Esra) was very much willing to provide any assistance needed. Our little approaches to her office had given us miles of respects and information. The room was well furnished and equipped with varieties of needed items. The lobby area has great design and nice overhead lightings. The included breakfast was great too. I liked the hot egg dishes provided.”
