“Amazing amazing staff starting from the front desk to the housekeeping all over the hotel. I pass 20 day on Dominican Republic after stay on Sheraton, Resinnance (worst staff) I decided extend 2 more nights here I feel like home. The hotel has beautiful views of the ocean and the city. The common areas are well maintained, clean and there is a nice restaurant, bar, amazing room service and pool that you can sit in and watch the ocean as well as when having breakfast.”

“I made a reservation using booking.com and they told me I would not pay until checking in. I never checked in and I was charged anyways. I have contacted booking.com and they say it’s up to the hotel. This sounds like a scam already. I call the hotel phone number and no answers or days now. Booking.con told me the hotel would email me with a decision and it’s been a week and nothing. BE CAREFUL when booking. Extremely disappointed and having my money stolen.”
