“Rooms are pretty nice, nothing spectacular. We were very frustrated that the pool and hot tubs were advertised but were then told it was 18 euros per person for one hour to use. What a ripoff. Location is good. The bar service and food is good.”

“We wanted to book a 5 star hotel in Madrid but this is not it. The receptionist was very cold when we checked in and gave us a room that had a blockage Infront of the window. We had already payed extra for a room with the best view.
So of course we took a photo and went downstairs to talk to the receptionist again.
After long discussion, they gave us the room we had booked.
I got a feeling that they tried to scam us. I don't think that many people would go and complain and get what they payed for.
