“A real lie. I rented a room at the Hotel H10 Port Vell two minutes from the beach and at the hotel he told me it was complete and sent me to look from another hotel at 40 minutes from the beach H10 Art Galery. They changed the rezervation without warning and without being able to cancel it. I took à taxi because the hotel does not accept his mistakes to transport you where thy decided to send you. At reception she d'ont knew haw much i hade to pay so after telling me more expensive prices she decided i hade to more without any axplanation. After this experience i find out that H10 have more hotels in Barcelona so it is like in the lottery you will get à room in which hotel they want or you pay and find another hotel. Very interesting, maybe someone in charge can explain to me where the problem is.”
