“A atenção é muito ruim, não sei se há pouco pessoal, na recepção ao discar para o quarto demorou quase 15 para atender após várias tentativas O serviço no restaurante é muito lento. Quartos sujos, encontramos uma maçã envernizada e garrafas embaixo das camas. Havia 2 copos sujos na entrada do quarto. Ao ligar de fora por telefone muito má atenção. E no escritório de vendas, tive que fazer várias ligações, vários dias para poder falar com a equipe e quando um homem finalmente atendeu, eles concordaram em me enviar um e-mail sobre seus pacotes, nunca chegou. Na discoteca Memórias, eles demoraram muito para anotar nosso pedido e ainda não tínhamos pedido quando tiraram o menu de nós para levá-lo para outra mesa.”

“The place at night is amazing you can see the whole city, room service was amazing and the restaurant too. my only two complaint was that when I arrived to the hotel and try to do my check in they treat me like I was lying about my reservation because my travel agency did the reservation on my husband name instead of my but I show my reservation number and the confirmation number and they didn’t want to check until I say my husband name they say they had the reservation but they gave me attitude. The second complaint I had was that the our ac wasn’t working so I call front staff they told me maintenance was going to come and they never show up. I only had those 2 problems. The room was clean and big.”
