El entorno..... Sobre todo la playa. Es preciosa!!!!!! En cuanto al resto le quitaba una estrella al hotel...Me imagino que a raiz de la pandemia ham habido muuuuuuchos recortes de todo tipo y una gran afluencia de turistas residentes lo que hace la estancia menos agradable. En general mucho descontrol de medidas de seguridad y de convivencia. Los turistas extranjeros pagamos un sobreprecio que no es recompensable a lo que recibes. Un pena!!!

Com as restrições Covid o que leva a uma menoroferta de serviços /produtos por parte do Resort, não posso considerar 5 estrelas. Tendo visitado 4 vezes, conheço o potencial e sei que irão voltar ao nível que nos habituaram.

Final review: First week was okay and customer service including security guards excellent. On the second week, they shifted security guys and they were so rude. The bad: 1- Wifi unstable. 2- No parking inside and transportation inside the hotel sucks. Trust me! If you have a toddler or if you are handicapped go to a smaller hotel or be ready to walk more than 2 miles per day because they don’t have enough transportation and they stop transferring people inside the hotel after 11pm. 3- Mini fridge doesn’t keep things cool. 4- I have 2 bulbs that never worked. Even after they came to fix them. The good: The best things here are food, restaurants, all the people working at the restaurants, and some educated security guys we met. The only reason I would comeback is to visit the restaurants, not to stay.

The hotel was recently remodeled, so it's in great shape. The staff is very friendly. I didn't like the beach in front of the hotel that much, but if you walk to the west it gets prettier. My favorite part is in front of the swing where they practice kitesurfing nearby.

Going to a all inclusive resort that is kid friendly they offered everything besides milk. Milk was only served in the am OnLy and only for coffee. My 1 yr old and 2 year old only drink milk. We booked at the receptionist since there was an issue with out other booking and we wore told one price when we went to check out they charged us double. They made us pay double the price or we couldn’t leave. They blamed it on the miscommunication issue since their staff don’t speak English. Wife dosnt work even though we had business premium so a day of work was lost as well.

Buffet muito desorganizado, ou não recebíamos as bebidas porque iam para outras mesas, ou chegavam no final da refeição. Como um empregado faz o pedido e outro vai buscar e entregar, não havendo números nas mesas, torna-se uma confusão.O bar da piscina é uma vergonha em termos de atendimento. Os empregados do balcão deixam passar dominicanos à frente, que estão sempre a chegar à fila e a passar os outros à frente, sem respeitarem ninguém, e os empregados não lhes pedem que aguardem. Mesmo quando chamamos os empregados à atenção, não querem saber e não são simpáticos.O hotel tem muitos dominicanos e vê-se que o hotel é muito voltado para eles, o que me parece que afugentará muitos europeus no futuro.Os dominicanos vão totalmente vestidos para dentro da piscina e ninguém os chama à atenção. Torna-se pouco higiénico.Não senti receio em relação a covid, havia limpeza e desinfeção das cadeiras de praia e mesas de bar/restaurante. Os restaurantes temáticos são bons, sendo que o único onde necessitam levar calças (homens) é o gourmet ou não entram.

Lugar muy bonito en una playa paradisiaca. Personal muy amable en general. Me falto la musica que debido al Covid esta restringido. Las animaciones en lugar del teatro se deberian de hacer en la playa. Es mucho mas acogedor

Experiencia no aconsejable si buscas paz y tranquilidad, no hay buen servicio durante las comidas y mucha falta de medidas Covid, personal del hotel con mascarillas mal puestas y ninguna organización en el buffet a la hora del acceso a la zona del buffet y la gente no respeta colas, distancias y acceso al servirte la comida. Servicio muy lento, para cuando te llegan la bebidas ya has terminado de comer.

Gran hotel en Las Terrenas, Samaná.Ubicación: perfecta. Lo mejor del hotel. En primera línea de una de las mejores playas de la zona. Agua cristalina y posibilidad de dar largos paseos a ambos lados del hotel. Zona muy tranquila con poca gente. Si quieres conocer el pueblo de Las Terrenas puedes coger un taxi: 10USD. Las zonas reformadas están muy bien. Elegantes, cómodas y muy funcionales. El personal es agradable.Restaurantes: buena comida en el buffet. Variedad y nuevas recetas cada día. Nos pareció un poco flojo en postres. Los restaurantes temáticos no son buenos. El único que merece la pena es el Gourmet “La Terrienne”. El snack bar junto a la playa es muy agradable. También dejan abierto el buffet por las noches para “recenas”.Bares: el sport bar es muy bonito. En la piscina y playa se agradecería algún refuerzo de personal en horas puntas y también un poco más de música.Habitaciones: nos alojamos enjunior suite superior y nos tocaron los edificios más alejados del lobby. Son amplias pero se nota que sufren batallas, requieren un mantenimiento superior o algunos detalles de un 5⭐️.Animación: muy relajada. Entendemos que por situación COVID. En la zona del Village ponían a un solo camarero atendiendo por las noches. El pobre no paraba de correr. Discoteca cerrada.Piscina: grande y muy bonita. El fin de semana estaba llena de público de la zona. Entendimos que prefieren la piscina a la playa 😄.

The food, drink, and facilities were pretty good, however the AC in the room I was staying in did not get better than semi cool. My Mini Fridge was also mildly cold on it's top setting. Staff was pretty nice and courteous. Luis A. my waiter at the buffet took great care of my family and I. Very accommodating guy. That AC though, smh!

O hotel é bom, a praia fica mesmo ali ao lado daliscina, a água é quente, tem corais e peixinhos de várias cores, vale a pena levar os óculos de mergulho para andar ali à explorar! Há sempre 2 Restaurantes disponíveis e durante uma estadia de 7 noites temos direito a ir a três restaurantes temáticos que aconselho a marcar no dia que chegam ou na manhã seguinte! Experimentemo Côco Lôco e bebam um por mim!

Um ótimo hotel, numa excelente praia, a alimentação muito boa. Um excelente equipa de animação, sempre empenhada em que as pessoas participassem , e animavam com sentido de humor. O vinho não é grande coisa, mas o champanhe sim mesmo nas refeições.

The pirate dinner staff for our trip was beyond amazing along with the food provided. It was an extra 38 dollar charge but very worth it. Staff in the lobby area had excellent customer service. Overall enjoyed the stay. Just wish the free wifi was better across the entire facility.

I absolutely loved the staff !!!! Admist the pandemic, the resort is kept exceptionally clean and they were on task as to keep us all safe as well as themselves. Flo,Cappachino and the young woman (I am so sorry that I forgot your name ) but they gave life to everything they tapped into. Victor was amazing with the wine selections as well as being very courteous. Luis Moises was awesome with his customer service. Truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfy. I can continue to go on about this amazing resort. It is definitely a place to take your family. Next time I will have to visit the adult only resort.

Very nice staff. They accommodated our party of 11. The restaurant staff sang so beautifully once for a birthday and on another night, an anniversary. The beach was truly breathtaking. The whole property was clean. I didn't have a good experience with the scuba excursion but we went on ATVs and horseback and really enjoyed the sites. This is a beautiful property to enjoy!

Honestly, I had one of the best weeks of my life here. I thought every staff member I met was extremely polite and friendly. Additionally, I felt that each and every staff member here put in a great deal of effort to make the resort and my stay more hospital and enjoyable. Everyone working in the kitchen, at the excursion sights, at the front desk, and the hype people they have dancing every night, all were extremely friendly and polite towards me and put in a great deal of effort at doing their job well. The excursions do cost extra, but I did a Scuba Diving excursion as well as the ATV excursion and both times had a truly amazing experience, especially with the ATV trip, I definitely recommend doing that. I also really liked how the resort had many Dominicans staying there, and people from all over the world, so I felt immersed in the culture still, despite staying at a resort. The area and town of Las Terrenas was also extremely beautiful and I recommend checking out areas outside of the resort. Just prepared to be seen as a walking bag of money if you are American. Other than a few hasslers, everyone in the town also felt very welcoming towards me. Very few staff members do know English, so you may not feel as welcomed if you do not know any Spanish and cannot understand the workers. Additionally, as a 22-year-old and as someone who practically lives paycheck to paycheck, this felt very fancy and of high quality to me, and offered almost anything I wanted. The price for my stay here felt very reasonable to me too! I think if you are a very wealthy American used to typical "5-Star" resorts then you may feel disappointed here, as other more expensive 5-Star resorts would most likely offer more. To sum it up, I loved the resort, the workers, the excursions, the town, and basically everything about this place! I sincerely had one of the best weeks of my life and would love to come back again. If you are a very rich American, who doesn't know any Spanish, who has really high expectations, and wants to be surrounded by other rich Americans on a resort, then this place might not be for you. I would like to end my review with a sincere thank you to everyone at this resort :)

De férias num país distante, um pequeno paraíso, onde tudo é possível. O atendimento, o serviço de quartos, a comida, a simpatia das pessoas e acima de tudo a animação com o seu staff muito amável e profissional. Nada fica esquecido neste lugar. The resort has nothing to offer, although clean and quiet. This is not a 5 star resort more or a 2 star. And the majority of the staff are arrogant and unhelpful. And the fact that they allow the locals to take over on the weekends it completely unacceptable. We have stayed at several Bahia resorts in the past, this one we will never visit again, and will inform anyone who asks us if they should stay we will advise no. This was supposed to be a great vacation for my husband 50th birthday, it was far from the best. Never again

We had a wonderful time at this resort back in 2013! We went there for week in September and we got amazing weather too and price was great! We absolutely fell in love with the morning walk at this resort so peaceful and beautiful. We planing to go back again.

This was my second time staying at a resort of the chain Bahia Principe. I had so much fun! Especially with the entertainment crew, Rony, Pedro, and Gabriel made my whole family and I feel more than welcomed. The service was awesome as well. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Dominican Republic, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

The resort and amenities were great and the rooms are very spacious with large bathrooms and private balconies. The lunch and dinner from the buffet were delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. The beach is perfect for everyone, and the service and complementary drinks at the "lobby bar" were more than perfect. My only issues were with the AC in the room because it never got cold enough, and they also need to add more varied night entertainment. Also, it would be great if they had wifi throughout the entire property, not just in the areas close to the reception. Overall a great experience. Will definitely come back.

My husband and I loved our experience here! We were worried that too many kids at the resort would take away from the experience, but that wasn't the case. The food is really good, the staff is so great, the activities and entertainment were a ton of fun. The rooms were a little dated and you could hear your neighbours but for the price that you pay, they aren't bad at all! Great bathroom with a nice shower. We would definitely go back with more friends or family next time!
