We have spent 4 nights at the hotel and we were so happy. Specially to mention IGNACIO the spanish guy at the reception who was very helpful with his tips for the city and tours booking. Terrible stay AVOID I stayed at the Eurostars Danube from 21-24 December. I stayed at the 7th floor in a so called "suite" which is just an average hotel room. On the first night the toilet flush poured water uncontrollably, I couldn't sleep, they relocate me to a new room on the same floor. There, the heating was almost not working and I had to put warm cloth to get to sleep in such cold of Budapest. The next morning I complain: the guy from reception is completely indifferent and responds "oh but why couldn't you sleep". I ask to re-relocate to my initial room after fixing the toilet. I relocate and guess what the heating does not work properly. I understand its an electricity problem on the floor. On the last night the toilet flush is broke again! Additionnally, there was no shower gel in the bathroom even though I asked to replenish it more than once. Breakfast is average. No room service. Terrible stay and I almost got sick from the heating disorder. Will never stay here again.

Great overall experience, the room is clean and well decorated, the staff is very kind and helpful. The fitness facility was in poor condition (broken Mirror, not clean, heating air conditioner only, machines missing).

Stayed here 3 nights, in a room with a large bed. The hotel has some pros and cons. Pros: - location is in city centre - the rooms are very silent, you don't hear anything from outside or from the neighbors - the receptionist was kind and had a nice attitude - the breakfast was decent - the bathroom floor is heated - the bed was very comfortable Cons: - bathroom is dirty - for a four stars hotel we expected at least the minum: slippers are missing - the receptionist lied to us about the parking spots: there were 3 free spots and she said that there were none - the bed cover is dirty - the heat was not working in our room, but we complained about it to the reception and the issue was solved We will come here again of course but please don't sell this as a 4 stars hotel because it's not the case.

Excellent hotel near Deak Ferenc Ter. Rhe rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have any breakfast as we wanted to try different places around. I would stay at this hotel without hesitation.

My staying was pleasant. A good old school English breakfast and the most important for me, a quite room ! Also the location there is excellent, you have access to all the public transportation only by walking 5-10 minutes and you are 10-20 away (walking) from the Budapest nightlife. Quite and safe area. Totally recommended!

El Transfer que pedimos del aeropuerto al hotel nos costó 42 euros y el taxi de vuelta que gestionamos nosotros para volver al aeropuerto 24 euros. En la nevera de la habitación había fruta de un particular olvidada y una botella de agua a medias. La habitación estaba llena de mosquitos y otros pequeños bichos, ya que la ventana estaba abierta. Otro día olvidaron dejar las toallas. El desayuno dejaba que desear. Contratamos un paseo por el Danubio desde el hotel unos días antes de la llegada y allí no estaba contratado (por un tal Aarón). Bueno...un poco desastre!!!

Great location in the city centre, lots of restaurants and bars nearby but still the room was very quiet. We had a great sleep as the bed was massive and very comfortable and a/c was perfect. The room was small but we did not come to Budapest to sit all day in our room. Bathroom could be an issue as it is literally 30cm from your bed and the sliding door do not isolate well or offer privacy,so definitely not for the couples in their honeymoon phase :).The decorative sheets on bed were stained and never received any new ones (not that we care much about that). The rest was spotless however one could do some maintenanceworks in the rooms. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, another hotel buffet. Would deff recommend as we got an amazing night sleep and due to location we had not used the public transport at all in our 3 days stay. Amazing staff, very smiley and helpful no matter the time.

Ante todo, agradecer la profesionalidad, paciencia y ayuda del personal de recepción y más en concreto de Marina, Carlota y Angie. El único lunar: el servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones. Espejo sin limpiar en los 7 días que hemos estado; tuvimos que reclamar 2 días que se hicieran las camas, etc.

Buen hotel. Las habitaciones cómodas y ordenadas, aunque no amplias. El baño tiene constante olor a humedad, lamentablemente (al menos en verano). Ubicación central, pero sin una vista destacada. Desayuno variado y de buena calidad. Lo mejor: la atención. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Una buena opción a un precio razonable.
