Excelente localização, próximo de restaurantes, lojas. Atendimento muito bom, quarto amplo com porta separando corredor , pra mim isso é importante pq não incomoda quem ainda tá dormindo. Bom café da manhã e no restaurante oferece um Menu para almoço com entrada, prato principal, 01 bebidae sobremesa por €18 .

Localização muito bacana (dá pra chegar de ônibus da estação de ônibus da cidade e fica numa esquina com farmácia, restaurantes, lanchonetes e lojas estilo Gran Via de Madrid), amenidades pra caramba e roupas de cama muito boas, além de vários tipos de travesseiro. Café da manhã surreal de caro (21 euros por pessoa por dia é insano), mas fora isso, você tem dezenas de opções próximas mais baratas e, se não se importar, tem cápsulas da Nespresso no quarto (além da máquina), então dá pra economizar aí também. Mas mesmo sendo hotelaria de rede "chique", o pessoal é bem gente fina, sem ser empolado.

Não criei empatia. Não deverei voltar a usar a cadeia. Funcionários atenciosos, mas mal preparados. Devem saber o que recomendar, com sensatez - como no caso de se lhes pedir conselho relativo a restaurantes. Os conselhos eram muito maus. Têm que ouvir e entender quem os pede e não se limitar a uma opinião própria e para "turista". Há quem queira qualidade. Não nos deram as condições pedidas (quarto) e deixaram mudar, mas para um inferior ao pago. Casa de banho com suporte de toalha perigoso, em que nos ferimos.

Muy buena la ubicación,el confort,el personal,el mantenimiento.Mejorable,no por la calidad,la restauración,aunque como en la zona hay muchos establecimientos se puede uno organizar.Recomendable,como todos los establecimientos de la cadena.

At the heart of the city is good location but if you arrive with car it is challenging. They have not proper stopping place at the hotel for loading and unloading you bags. So call the hotel and tell them you are coming and you can stop on the sidewalk for a couple of minutes. Large rooms and nice breakfast place but the bar is kind of useless. They were nice with me I paid twice accidentally and they gave the money back by the morning.

Céntrico Hotel en el corazón de Granada, lo cual es conveniente a condición de no llevar coche, ya que el acceso es restringido y no hay opciones de aparcamiento aparte del estacionamiento del Hotel,con costo extra. Al tener esa ubicación,no esperen que sea un lugar tranquilo.

El hotel tiene buenísima ubicación, las habitaciones bien(las que dan al exterior mejor).El desayuno es bueno. No me gusta el perfume de la recepción (demasiado fuerte)ni el acceso al parking.

El hotel tiene una Ubicación perfecta en pleno centro. El desayuno muy rico y muy completo. En la recepción son muy amables. Todas las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy bonitas, pero hay una que es circular en la segunda planta, que tiene unas vistas increibles con una terraza de tres puertas. Me encanto!!

Nos trataron de maravilla y atendieron todas nuestras peticiones. El personal muy simpático, amable… el desayuno también está bien. Está situado en un sitio perfecto para visitar granada, rodeado de restaurantes, tiendas, cafeterías, pastelerías…5 minutos de la catedral… genial!!! volveremos seguro.

As every NH I've been to this is a great hotel. The NH Victoria Granada staff is super friendly and very helpful. The room was great super clean and the best part of this hotel is the location. You're minutes walking away from all the attractions in the center and Sierra Nevada daytrips are only 40 minutes away by car. The only downside is the parking.

This is a premium hotel with exquisite arrangements.The grand entrance and welcoming staff ensure you will have a nice stay. The reception and check-in process is seamless and professional. The rooms are elegant with fine decor and spa-like bathrooms.The beds are perfect for a good sleep. The rooms can get hot without air conditioning.In our room, the air conditioning unit was adjacent to the pillows meaning it often disturbed sleep. We could not get the temperature right and leaving it off was not a good option. Apart from this slight design issue, it could not be faulted for service and decor. A high-class hotel for a luxury stay in the centre of Granada.
