I enjoyed my stay here. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The accomodations are very nice and there's plenty of room. The breakfast and dinner selections are pretty solid and so you'll be taken care of if you stick with room service as opposed to ordering in. The only tiny nit is that the bathroom door slides and is a little hard to open. Anyway, it's a great place to stay, and I would recommend.

Jolene is the best !! Just wanted to give her a special thank you for accommodating all of my birthday needs. The room, balloons, and experience was amazing . I truly received the best VIP service. I'm soo happy that I choose that hotel to celebrate my birthday .

If you like sleeping in 75 degree temperatures. No AC, heat is blasted throughout the building. Would never stay here again

It was really nice I think that who ever would like to stay there is going to have a wonderful time. The rooms are very clean and the service is absolutely fantastic my mom was hosting a party and I helped and the other people who helped named Russell and Jill are very helpful with helping us set up! I really enjoyed my stay and I hope that who ever is going to stay here over the holidays will really enjoy their stay! -K B

The service was superior -- bar restaurant, checking and maid service. The rooms are good. One thing to remember when you get your plastic key, When you get in the elevator you need to place the key in the black little square at the top of the panel and then press your room. Try the restaurant for breakfast. It is as good as you get.

The room was nice. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The mini fridge was completely empty and the iron was missing. We waited to check-in for a while too. For the price in Chicago, it's a great hotel.

Miguel was one of the kindest and most welcoming hotel receptionist I have encountered. Great bar at the entrance. Superb location. And you’re guaranteed to have a great stay whenever there is great service. Hoping to stay here again!

Miguel made our stay perfect! He was awesome and went above and beyond. The hotel was very clean, amenities were really nice, we got the top floor, view was awesome!!!! I’ll definitely come back in the future.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a room. This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure will love it I'm sure! Very nice and clean hotel. It's not very posh but the ambience is wonderful and the staff is awesome. Any and all issues are addressed immediately regardless of the time. They are quick to offer remedies. I will visit again soon!!!

Nothing Desk was not clean, no fitted sheet, so the mattress was constantly exposed, carpet not tacked down - hazard, could hear the shower and the toilet flushing from another room, shower pressure was awful. Would never stay there again

The staff. The room was so small, you had to upgrade it to be able to fit a rollaway for a second person. The cost for a rollaway was outrageous! Marriott may have taken the place over, but that wasn't a Marriott bed! This wasn't a 4 star hotel. Disappointin

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Front desk was very helpful with setting up room. Hotel was very clean and hip. Breakfast was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. Location is good, but most businesses around closed early or not open. This was a weekend stay. This is no fault of the hotel.
