Great stay, the staff was friendly room was clean. Not too many bells and whistles. Parking was close to the elevator. Had to call the front desk to send up some lotion and they got to the room with extra lotion within a few minutes. Not bad at all. We enjoyed our stay for the night. Just wish they had complementary water bottles.

What a wonderful hotel for our family Disneyland vacation! My 4 year old called it our “city home” while we were there and it was so wonderful to come into a clean room after our busy days. The shuttle was so convenient and the friendly driver contributed to our experience. The restaurants and Starbucks were the cherry on top! The kids loved overlooking the rainbow fountain and it really was just a perfect vibe for us. We thank all of the staff for welcoming us and answering questions. Requests for additional towels came quickly and with smiles. We will absolutely be back for our next trip and also tell all of our friends.

We stayed 7 nights during Thanksgiving week 2022. It was our 1st time and definitely not our last one, we loved the hotel, customer service was amazing, the shuttle to Disneyland amazing, the drivers were so courteous and friendly. The valet parking was amazing too. I would just recommend to the hotel to improve the electric outlets, our room as barely three working outlets, besides that little issue everything is amazing. You have plenty of food options in a walking distance and a Target store right in front. The hotel is so quiet and discrete at any time. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby, you can just grab a hot chocolate while waiting for the Dinseyland shuttle to arrive. We are just planning to return as soon as possible.

I use to stay at the Double Tree down the street, however I switched to the Hyatt Regency in 2019 and it was the best decision I've ever made! Half the hotel has been freshly renovated. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The best part is the staff! Mayra, the front desk host, has been welcoming, friendly and accommodating! She always goes above and beyond to make my trip extra special. Thank you Mayra! Highly recommend this hotel for your next Disneyland trip or any trip!

We loved the hotel in general. My daughter was very happy. We did have some AC issues for a few nights and also Pool was very dirty (bugs/hairs) so we decided not to use it. Most people on staff are supportive, caring. It's mostly hit or miss with front desk staff. Some staff members can be rude. Liked the fact they had their own shuttle (rare for hotels here these days) though it's paid, I do wish it was complimentary or had multi day pass discounts. Hotel is very beautiful inside, we were given an upgrade to a suite but decided to stay in the South tower (newer room) vs a bigger space. John, Gladys, and Mariana are very helpful. I will recommend this hotel and will come back again

We decided to have this hotel for they have spacious rooms and well-appointed mini bar, extra-large bathroom plus a spacious bedroom. Hotel grounds are stunning with multiple courtyards and plenty of places to sit, relax and acclimatize. Breakfast at the main restaurant is delicious and lovely drinks available at the bar service at the hotel is perfect with the staff eager to help with any request. Highly recommended to everyone!

Probably one of my best study spots yet! I can really appreciate a coffee shop that goes out of its way to provide a great experience for its customers, not only in terms of the beverages, but the space and facilities as well. WiFi is great, noise levels are low, and prices are fair.
