Excelente atendimento, quartos espaçosos, camas confortáveis, porém o ar condicionado demora demais para refrigerar os quartos, não gostei das persianas no banheiro, o café da manhã tinha pouca variedade, poderiam incluir mais comidas salgadas e produtos sem lactose sem falar que o café estava extremamente frio.

Foi muito legal, bem limpo e o Ilyas foi perfeito com a gente. Parabéns pra o trabalho de tudo mundo. Votaremos 😉

Boa localização, funcionários muito educados, quarto amplo e limpo e café da manhã delicioso. Apenas o estacionamento q é cobrado à parte, mais é fácil de manobrar . Gostei muito do hotel, não tenho dúvidas de que voltarei.

Além de ter que trocar de quarto o café da manhã é bem fraco se você chegar perto das 10:00 como foi meu caso que cheguei as 9:30 e não tinha pão...

Excelente hotel! Não sei como estão funcionando na pandemia, mas normalmente é tudo impecável: quartos (até os mais simples), limpeza, educação dos funcionários, segurança. O café da manhã, servido no Olégario, é sensacional.

Hotel com boa localização, quarto menor do que as fotos aparentam, construção nova, excelente estrutura. Café da manhã seguindo os protocolos para Covid, portanto tem fila até ser servido. Álcool disponível em vários ambientes. O hotel não tem estacionamento gratuito.

Hotel é top! 4 estrelas e não 3 como rotulado pelo Google. Café da manhã muito sortido. Os meninos da recepção são muito rápidos e atenciosos. O quarto amplo, silencioso, cama e lençóis deliciosos. A trabalho em BH super recomendo.

If you’re used to the Hilton Hotel portfolio around the world, I can promise that this hotel will not match your expectations. I’ve traveled to over 20 countries staying almost solely with Hilton and can confirm this property isn’t worthy of bearing the Hilton name. The location is okay but that’s about it. If you have status don’t expect an upgrade, they’re stingy. And the standard room is smaller than the smallest hotel rooms I’ve had in Europe or New York. The bathroom is microscopic and there’s not enough room to actually close the bathroom door if you’re standing inside without maneuvering around it. The actual state of the hotel is pretty bad too. Walls need to be repainted, tiles need replaced, showers need caulked, linens need replaced. My bathroom door handle was broken and trapped me in the bathroom. Took two requests to get it fixed. Housekeeping didn’t service my room a single time despite me asking at the front desk multiple times and them assuring me it would be cleaned. Walls are so thin expect to hear EVERYTHING especially above you as floors are tile not carpet. If you talk with a regular voice at night expect neighbors to hit the walls trying to quiet you, then waking you at 6am when they can’t be quiet while getting ready. Only positive thing was the shower pressure was amazing. I was there while Argentina’s soccer team was staying. The hotel did a horrible job. Closed off two elevators for the team, leaving one elevator for 21 floors of hotel rooms. What idiot thought that was a good idea? Could barely get into my hotel and the staff allowed other hotel guests to gather around the elevator while trying to take photos of the team, meaning I needed an escort to push past them. Completely incompetent staff. Spotty internet. Dirty hotel. Don’t waste your time or money, stay at the Mercure.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was nice, in good condition, and offered good views of the city. They honored my room preference for a high floor and away from the elevator. They had nice amenities, including a free breakfast, pool and hot tub, and a small workout room. It's also conveniently located to many restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again in Belo.

This Hilton is in a pretty good location and the room we had was lovely. I enjoyed staying there and would definitely go back! The breakfast was okay, I loved all the salty things - definitely the kitchen’s specialty.

Stayed during business trip and found place to be OK, internet was pretty slow and there was power outages which caused a/c to shutoff. Rooms were not as big as other Hilton hotels where I have stayed and tables attached to bed does not meet requirements for working table.

Cheap but nothing works . Really not a Hilton, not even a HGI, Believe me. (HH DIAMOND for years) Starting from the check-in to anything else....totally useless staff. This used to be a flat hotel, never built for being a Hilton. Not even near Hilton GI Standards. Soft...so soft cheap mattresses,your bcks will ache. We are still waiting for the courtesy waters today. Wow...absolutely useless front staff that could not even find your name on a pc. They have two Hotel Systems, so what is it, a HGI or an Atlantica Hotel ? Typical useless Brazilian Blablabla, always promising, never fullfilling any of it. Pretty noisy. Unbelievable this “hotel” is only 4 years old. Dirty rooms, hair on the floor, cleaning, or whatever you call it practically not existing. A nightmare of a hotel. Breakfast : No clue where to start complaining.cold scrambled eggs, icecold pao de queijo,dirty juice glasses or the mainly listless staff (as everywhere in Brazil btw) (some members were nice)telling you not to sit in a certain place because they are preparing the lunch tables (at 9 am !!!) I loved the cars blocking the exits of the hotel, so you can see how to get to the taxi stand. Don’t they have any fire dept. and code compliance. Of course not, why am I asking. Shame for a Hilton. Their Wifi hardly working, exactly like their staff. Their funny pool was like 10m by 1 m lol, Sauna not even working. Really not worth more than 40 us. Forgeddabouddid I was so annoyed . They weren’t even able to add my stay credit after asking them 6 x. I called Hilton ,they added it within 20mts. If you don’t care about all the rest try to get a Luxury Room (lol) ,they end in ..01 . Breakfast was nice, people from the restaurant polite , unfortunately the guests thought to be in their living room and were noisier than you can bear. What is it with lots of people in Brazil they snort and belch all the time and just don’t show any respect for others. Like a pig-sty. Get a handkerchief!No hangers in the wardrobe... No coffee capsula refills after day 1, then the machine was practically a decorative element only . What a hotel ....unbelievable
