“Outstanding hotel. We spent two nights here during our Berlin visit. The check in process was amazing. Vaccine check, ID check, band to use coming in and out of the hotel. Staff at checkin desk was extremely friendly (the person helping us gave us a great list of Christmas Markets to visit). The hotel and rooms were very, very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Really great sized bathroom with nice shower and bathtub. The Grand Hyatt is in an outstanding location. Easy walking distance to train station, restaurants and bars. Thank you Grand Hyatt Berlin team. We loved our stay!!”
