Fiquei em abril nos dias 12 até 24 de abril de 2019. Mas ao chegar no Brasil cobraram no meu cartão de crédito 10,65 dólares. Enviei email para saber no que se refere mas nem deram resposta. Muito frustrante..

O hotel é muito limpo. Cama confortável e roupas e toalhas cheirosas. O quarto é grande e bonito e acomoda bem 3 pessoas. Café da manhã farto e para todos os gostos. Facilidades como lavadora e secadora de roupas. O lugar onde ele se localiza é bonito e calmo mas perto de tudo. Quando você chega eles ligam para seu quarto perguntando se tudo está do seu agrado e se precisa de algo.

Excelente atendimento, limpeza e localização, muito perto dos parques da Universal, que dá pra ir e voltar de Lift/Uber e sai mais barato do que deixar os 25 dólares de estacionamento! Os quartos possuem uma ampla e deliciosa cama e frigobar, o único defeito se é que podemos citar como defeito é de não ter cofres nos quartos, porém a recepção possuem e se oferecem para deixar documentos mais importantes! O café da manhã é muito bem servido com frutas, iogurtes, ovos, waffles e pães, fiquei sentindo falta do Bacon pra fechar com nota 10 aquele típico café americano, inclusive se você acorda de mal humor e desce pro café , tem sempre um senhor de óculos extremamente bem humorado e com um alto astral de animar qualquer um, super simpático e sempre sorridente !! De tarde em frente da recepção fica água aromatizada, cafés, leite e cookies (deliciosos por sinal)!! Conclusão: Ganharam clientes fiéis pois com certeza iremos nos hospedar novamente numa próxima oportunidade!!

In the last 10 years we were always again in the Hampton Inn Orlando, everything was always very good and as expected. In March (03/18/22) we booked two rooms for one night again - since we come from Germany, we no longer like to drive to Holmes Beach in the evening. Due to a technical circumstance our flight had to be diverted to Chicago, the onward flight then to Orlando at 04:30 AM. It would have made little sense to drive there for another hour. Called the Hotel and asked for a goodwill solution - unfortunately they did not want to help. Rules are rules - too bad !!!! Will probably soon book somewhere else. #### Unfortunately, you can not respond to the given answer. But what they write is just copy and paste - we called there - there they told us yes: rules are rules !!!! Not really goal-leading what they write there. Anyway - I paid the money and chopped it off in my head.

I've stayed here numerous times for business. It's well located on both International and Universal drive. Rooms are clean. Staff are super friendly. I stay here on my own personal dollar as well.

El hotel muy bonito y bien ubicado en una zona muy exclusiva de Orlando. En cuanto a su servicio todo fue perfecto excepto por que nunca hicieron aseo a mi habitación luego de 4 días de estadía y de haberlo solicitado al 3er dia, fue algo raro esto ya que al menos necesitaba elementos de aseo y sacar la basura. Creo que es algo a mejorar ya que por la excusa de la pandemia no podemos olvidarnos de la higiene que se deben tener en las habitaciones. En cuanto al desayuno puedo decir que es de lo mejor con un menú completo, variado, frutas, huevos, cereales, panqueques y bastante generoso a diferencia de otros hoteles. Totalmente recomendado este lugar.

Hampton Inn is by far my most favorite hotels of all especially because of the delicious breakfast they provide. My personal favs are the cinnamon waffles with the raspberry drizzle. The waffles are so soft and delicious and not only them every other thing they provide is spectacular. The room service is wonderful and they’re so nice and helpful, not to mention the kind help desk who were not hesitant or frustrated to answer any of the plentiful questions one might have. Overall, Hampton is amazing because of its wonderful assets and homely environment for its guests.

Habitaciones muy limpias, el personal muy amable. Sobre todo los del área de comida. Desayuno variado todos los días y muy limpio. Nos encantó el servicio prestado por el Sr Miguel, muy carismático y siempre procura que sus huéspedes salgan satisfechos con su servicio brindado. Definitivamente cuando regrese a Orlando, me quedaría en el mismo hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel. Everyone is very nice. Handicap room was very nice, just needs a table to help lay things on in the bathroom for the disable to be able to lay their clothes on and Toiletries very hard to place anything on the small sink..Would stay here again.

Really convenient location for Universal trip. Front desk was really helpful during check in. Clean room as always in any hampton inn. They also offer complimentary breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is decent and they change some menu items, as we observed during a week long stay. Icon park is also nearby, which is another great area to explore or walk in evening. Great restaurant options nearby this hotel.

Convenient location with easy walking access to so many restaurants. Morning Breakfast buffett was well setupand the staff is very welcoming! The hotel should however encourage everyone including their own staff to wear masks.

Buenas noches que MAL SERVICIO no limpian la habitacion,sali a las 9 am llegue a las 9pm y la habitacion sin limpiar , norecomiendo esto mal servicio . Good night that BAD SERVICE did not clean up the room, I left at 9 am I arrived at 9pm and the room was not cleaned, I do not recommend this bad service.

Stayed at plenty of chain hotels, but now a member of Hilton Honors. So glad that every hotel I've booked has been a Hampton Inn. They never disappoint. This location is perfect in location, service and friendliness of entire staff that helped during my stay. Very knowledgeable staff in giving directions and recommendations on things to do. Will recommend to family and friends for future bookings. Thank you!!!

The front desk is very nice. The breakfast buffet is very nice. The bad things are the bathroom doors do not close all the way or lock. They are the sliding doors that make everything look better but with them not locking. it's harder with toddlers and kids. The beds are not the most comfortable. But the worst thing about the hotel is it's very crowded and has one elevator the guest can use. Everyone had to stand in line and wait on one elevator because they use the other two elevators for the staff

We stayed on the bottom story, close to the lobby. The walls were paper thin, and there were long black curly hairs on some of the towels that did not match my hair or my wife's. If you need a quick place to stay for a convention, this is okay. I recommend trying somewhere else. (Our room also had an assortment of fruit-flies for some reason.) Staff was very nice, but the room keeping and maintenance could use some up-training. Also, breakfast was lacking compared to other's.

El hotel está a menos de 10 min de Universal estudios Orlando excelente ubicación, me gusto las habitaciones amplias y limpias, el desayuno estuvo muy bien y en especial el café. Gracias por el servicio.

Nós estivemos lá duas noites. Front desk super atenciosos, o quarto super limpo tudo funcionava perfeito, mas o breakfast superou!!! Eles contratam uma nova equipe com um chefe que faz um breakfast diferenciado e balanceado. Que comida boa!😋Eu recomendo 100%
