“Newer hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff, walking distance from train station and not too far from the airport. We needed to store our luggage for couple of days and they did it for no cost. We were stuck there during the protests in October so 2019, the staff were very helpful. The price is also not bad. Overall a good pick.”

“Brasileiros e BrasileirasTive uma experiência muito chata no hotel Best Western de Santiago do Chile ( Estação Central ) no período em que estive la de 02/02/20 à 05/03/20!O Hotel se nega a de enviar ou até mesmo imprimir uma folha de papel contendo seus gastos, como: Água, alimentação e outros!Não quero generalizar porque sei que nem todos são culpados, mas a gerência e uma pessoa em especial da recepção ( Brasileira ) não trabalham da forma que devia ( pelo custo do lugar e localização )Recomendo que vocês pesquisem outros hotéis na região de Santiago para não passarem pela mesma situação!”
