Hotel com localização central no meio da Alta. Algo usado e que pudesse ser ouvido. A ventilação poderia ter sido melhor. Quarto amplo com boa cama, mas pode precisar de uma reforma e mais equipamentos, como chaleira e vidro. A comida era boa e abundante. Boa seleção na mesa do café e bom jantar. A equipe foi simpática e prestativa.

Pessoal agradável e útil do hotel. A sala em si não é completamente fria. O chão está arranhado, dá para ver poeira. A porta não fecha completamente, como se alguém tivesse algum problema com ela. O hotel fica no centro da cidade, acima do anfiteatro, piscina, boliche, cinema. Cortinas em borra de café. Manchas de café sob a TV, eu não me senti confortável, embora este tampo de mesa giratório seja uma boa solução. Experimente e adicione uma estrela. O pessoal do hotel é bom. The room is nice and clean,food....sometimes is good sometimes not,bathroom is ok,but the biggest problem is WiFi, it's just terrible!!! 👎

Hotel com boa localização. Possui estacionamento subterrâneo para motos e bicicletas. Quartos muito confortáveis, banheiro amplo, boa limpeza. Excepcional buffet de pequeno-almoço, muito abundante tanto na sobremesa como nos salteados. Excelente divisão em horários para o café da manhã, a fim de evitar a superlotação. Atrás do hotel há um bom restaurante com chefs italianos e pizzarias e a comida é muito boa.

Não é um ótimo hotel. O pessoal não era muito acolhedor. Os lençóis de beliche para meus filhos não estavam limpos, então eu pedi lençóis novos. Apenas o homem da limpeza estava disponível.

Buen hotel, muy bien situado. No hablan español, como casi nadie por el norte de Noruega. Habitaciones amplias completas y cómodas. Ningún servicio de dentrífico cepillo jabones etc. Precios tipo Noruega, altos.

Hotel conveniente para a cidade, a poucos minutos de moto e você chega no centro. Café da manhã decente e nada pequeno, máscaras de graça na entrada, pena que não precisa usar no bufê ... Quartos pequenos, banheiro muito pequeno e sem ventilação. Conclusão: hotel muito caro pelos serviços que oferece .... mas não há muita oferta na área circundante!

We trusted scandic chain, but this one is an exception. We did not have very excellent experience during our stay. Pros: 1.breakfast offered quite good and rich food selection. 2.Room was newly renovated and spacious bath room. Cons: 1. The room was not well cleaned. There was some sugar-like particles on the floor when we arrived. 2. No beverage offered in the room, even no instant coffee or tea bag. 3. A quite big kettle which was difficult to get water from water tap. It leaked when pouring water and had a strong plastic smell in the water. 4. Although there was a kettle, the room didn't offer any cup, we had to prepare our own cups, so ridiculous. 5. The hand soap bottle in the bathroom was almost empty when we checked in. I was thinking the staff might fulfill it the next day and we had our own hand sanitizer, thus we didn't request them to solve the problem. 6. Then, the next day, I hung the "please make up my room" sign to the door when we were out from 11:20-16:20. When we were back, the room was not cleaned at all, the soap bottle was as empty as it was. 7. I could understand that there was an event in the lobby, but it would be better if the staff reminded the guests about the noise. I felt disturbed by the loud music around 20:00 and 22:00. 8. Considering the price 120 €/night, it didn't worth the money.

Delightful breakfast with broad selections; tables were readily disinfected, but guests were seated unnecessarily close to each other. Rooms can be a bit old. Shower pressure was strong. Parking: 80 NOK per day.

Nice and cozy as Scandic should be. Exellend breakfast, good start for your day. Hot water and coffee available at the lobby.

La habitación es grande y el baño esta bien!! Detras del hotel puedes aparcar gratis a partir de las 17 h. El desayuno espectacular, el mejor con diferencia. Pocos hay asi.

Buen hotel en general. El servicio de mantenimiento de las habitaciones es pobre. La heladera de la habitación no funcionó y para el hielo no había recipientes grandes. Está en un lugar muy distante y no es fácil el mantenimiento pero eso es esencial

The worst experience ever. They gave us chicken that was raw. While cutting it you could see the blow getting out of it. We asked the waitress if there was something else and she didnât even answer...
