I had an absolutely perfect stay at the Elser Hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating to all of our needs and requests. We utilized the valet daily, all the guys were quick, courteous and attentive. The property is clean, smells amazing and comfortable, the pool area was just stunning. I truly hope this hotel continues to wow their guests. I will return and I look forward to my next stay. Oh and PS- I had a small issue with a refund of the incidentals on my card, but I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman that resolved my issue immediately. He was quick and I am super grateful! Kudos to all staff, congratulations on a job well done.

If you're looking for a hotel that will exceed your expectations, this is the place to go. We had an amazing experience here and will definitely come back. Jessica and the staff here went above and beyond for us. You won't find a hotel with a better fitness facility or pool! The valet guys are quick and the doormen will make sure you never lift a finger bringing in anything. Our suite was spacious and the view was spectacular overlooking Miami beach. I travel a lot for work and this hotel doesn't miss any of the small details. Great hotel and great staff.

Absolutely wonderful and accommodating! This people go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met! This is a beautiful hotel with one of the best pools and hot tubs I’ve seen. The people are amazing and truly will do everything in their power to help you. We had to arrive early with two young child and they made it an easy and enjoyable process. Highly recommended.***also thank you for the early check in. We appreciated that. Absolutamente maravilhoso e acolhedor! Essas pessoas vão além para garantir que todas as suas necessidades sejam atendidas! Este é um lindo hotel com uma das melhores piscinas e banheiras de hidromassagem que já vi. My stay at The Elser was nothing short of amazing. Their staff was excellent! Aamir was helpful when I was at the pool, and the rest of the team did a great job with upkeep. If you're looking for a great stay in this lovely city, The Elser is a great place to do so. Minha estadia no The Elser foi nada menos que incrível. Sua equipe foi excelente! Aamir foi útil quando eu estava na piscina, e o resto da equipe fez um ótimo trabalho de manutenção. In Miami for Art Basel weekend - in the midst of all the crazy, this hotel was an amazing retreat! First week of opening, but absolutely flawless. Fantastic design with condo-style rooms, smart tech elevators, and stunning water views of the Bay in downtown Miami. The bed was super comfortable, towels soft and fluffy. The pool deck was very cool, with spectacular views. The entire team at The Elser were warm, welcoming and offered excellent service. Special mention to Quimby, Destanee, Juan and Paul who were all simply wonderful. Em Miami para o fim de semana da Art Basel - no meio de toda a loucura, este hotel foi um refúgio incrível! Primeira semana de abertura, mas absolutamente impecável. Design fantástico com quartos em estilo de condomínio, elevadores de tecnologia inteligente e vistas deslumbrantes da baía no centro de Miami. A cama era super confortável, toalhas macias e fofas. O deck da piscina era muito legal, com vistas espetaculares. Toda a equipe do The Elser foi calorosa, acolhedora e ofereceu um serviço excelente. Menção especial para Quimby, Destanee, Juan e Paul que foram simplesmente maravilhosos.

We planned a last minute trip to Miami for Art Basel and our usual go to hotel was booked. A friend recommended the Elser. Wow!! We were glad he did and we have found our new favorite hotel in Miami. Primera semana de apertura, pero absolutamente impecable. Fantástico diseño con habitaciones estilo condominio, ascensores de tecnología inteligente e impresionantes vistas al agua de la bahía en el centro de Miami. La cama era súper cómoda, las toallas suaves y esponjosas. La terraza de la piscina era muy guay, con unas vistas espectaculares. Todo el equipo de The Elser fue cálido, acogedor y ofreció un servicio excelente. Mención especial a Quimby, Destanee, Juan y Paul quienes fueron simplemente maravillosos.
