Ear splitting airplane noise all day long and early morning. I can't emphasize enough how loud it is at this place literally at the end of the airport runway. No beach. No peace. No quiet. No no no! Book anywhere else. On the plus side, you can wave at people as they fly away and see them wave back. 😕

Foi muito bom. Os quartos são ótimos, ar condicionado bom, banheiro ótimo, bem aconchegante. Café da manha muito gostoso, da pra comer bem e passar bastante tempo sem ter que parar pra comer de novo pois vc fica cheio. Atendimento super de boa, como somos estrangeiros, eles nos atenderam muito bem. Não tem do que reclamar. Tem piscina boa (não entramos mas parecia muito boa e limpa), estacionamento grande e bom. Foi uma boa noite :)

Para quem está de carro a localização é ótima. Linda vista do mar. Estacionamento gratuito. Local tranquilo. Piscina muito boa e grande. Check-in rápido. O café da manhã continental incluso que é bem básico e pouco saudável, tudo praticamenre industrializado, pratos e talheres descartáveis. O preço para o padrão de Key Westvaleu a pena.

No momento da minha estadia o hotel estava com mais da metade dos quartos em reforma. Por isso 4 estrelas. Tem ótima estrutura, funcionários atenciosos. É longe do centro e o aeroporto fica logo atrás do hotel mas nada que atrapalhe durante o sono. Já que provavelmente você vira de carro, recomendo pois os valores não são nada diferentes dos hotéis perto do centro mas em questão de infraestrutura da de 1000.

Excelente hotel! Conta com uma Concierge chamada Monica, que é muito atenciosa, simpática e dedicada em fazer sua viagem por Key West muito agradável. Ela foi responsável por tornar nossa curta estadia numa boa aventura por Key West, indicando e reservando excelentes passeios por bons preços. Cama boa, banheiro com banheira, quarto grande com cofre, TV, ar condicionado, frigobar, micro-ondas, cafeteira e secador de cabelo. Muito feliz com a estadia.

Reservamos una habitación doble. Nada más llegar a la habitación encendimos el AC ya que el calor y humedad en Junio es insoportable. El AC era una unidad que estaba anclada a la pared junto a una de las camas, nada más encenderlo y configurarlo a la temperatura adecuada empezó a soplar fortísimo haciendo un ruido ridículamente alto. Hablamos con la chica de recepción y nos dijo que nunca nadie se había quejado de ello...Lo cual dudo que fuera cierto. La opción de este hotel es no dormir por el ruido o morir derretido con el AC apagado. Resumen: Imposible dormir mas de media hora seguida. Cuando fuimos estaban reformando el hotel por lo que hablar del pésimo estado de mantenimiento de las habitaciones ya no es necesario. El staff muy agradable eso sí

The hotel room AC didn't work. There was a dehumidifier in the room which was the only reason it was at least a bit comfortable. When booking the room, the official website was changing the rate and type of room available every time we tried to reserve a room. So after a few attempts and $30 more for the room we were finally able to book it. Of course once the room was booked it showed the original lower price as being available, but their policy is no cancellations. How convenient. Luckily view was decent, which is the only reason this place deserves a star.

The reason I give it a 4 star and not a 5 is because our room smelled like mold. That being said the hotel was remolding rooms but ours had not been remolded yet and the hotel was 100% full. We had a group of 14 people that stayed here for a week. We was in Key West for our Wedding. For the price you can not beat this place. At the time we booked this hotel it was 1/3 the cost of comparable hotels on the island. And the only one that came with a free hot continental breakfast buffet. The pool is big and nice.

6 stars if I could! The room was really nice, clean. It had a porch with a couple chairs and a table (room 225)...it even had a view of the ocean...a sliver 😀 The front desk personnel were great! The pool was incredible with a Great tiki bar where you could get drinks as food. The location was incredible! Off the major tourist area, but a short drive away. You can literally walk from the airport terminal to the hotel...it’s that close, but most flights are daytime only, so that wasn’t a bother. All in all...WE LOVED THIS HOTEL and would DEFINITELY stay here again!! Also...it’s now a Hampton Inn.

Nice location. Pool area very nice and relaxing. Near airport but very few flights from Key West anyway. Shuttle to downtown area was great. Saves you lots of parking money. Runs very often and convenient. Stagg friendly. Room remodeled and clean. Good choice. Hotel now owned by Hilton.

Everything was perfect, from Monica at the concierge service to the room service, price was perfect, would definitely stay here again. Views were beautiful. Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and well maintained. Poolside bar was great ,10 stars to the girls (Beata) running there butts off for the guests. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!!

Reservations were booked months in advance, when we got there they downgraded our room the clerk wasn't truthful by trying to convince us a double was really a queen, then he changed the tune to that is way their system said even though our confirmation email said differently. Rooms lack power outlets on both sides of the bed and only the 'inside' row has a night stand. AC vent is 8" from one side of the double bed. There are no signs to direct you to your room, but the building is in the middle of renovations. Shara came on duty later and between her and the helpful security staff was able to solve our immediate problem.

Nice place. Very friendly service, nice, big clean room, plenty of free parking with room for boat trailer, great free breakfeast buffet and no BS resort fees that all the other hotels are now charging! Great place with very friendly staff in KW.

Very over priced. Nice rooms, but under construction and staff does not listen well. Booked the room 7 months in advance. Called specifically to book a room on the first floor due to disability and to obtain the exact amount of the stay due to not having a credit card. We use a prepaid debit card when traveling for safety and the desk staff did convey that the stay total would be much less than the actual billed amount. Arrived and had to have the manager approve paying for one day in cash since the desk clerk in October informed us of our total amount for the stay and the price was actually double that. Also, housekeeping staff not attentive to cleaning. A sharp was left on the floor (diabetic testing lancet, used) in the room and my daughter (age 7) was hurt by it. It was reported to the staff and they did not even report to the manager. She should have contacted us immediately due to the significance of the safety issue. I am still awaiting a call back from the manager and from corporate. This is a significant issue that needs to be addressed.

Bastante bueno. Bastante lindo y cómodo. Las habitaciones tienen buena vista ( al mar ). Al desayuno le falta un poco para ser bueno. No hay queso untable y el recinto es un poco pequeño aunque tiene una terraza al aire libre. El problema es si hace frío o llueve. Es personal es muy amable. Volvería.

Nice place.Got upgraded upon arrival and the room was nice and spacious. The pool area was large and accommodated a lot people both in and around it. Breakfast was your normal continental buffet. There were a bunch of large Iguanas roaming the property that were fun to spot. Would have rated 4 stars but the power went out 3 times throughout the night causing all lights and the air conditioning to go off.

My Wife, our six month old, and Myself decided to come to the Keys for our Anniversary, we wanted something calm and relaxing, and found that and More! When we checked in, we were kindly welcomed by Irene. She was extremely Nice, Happy and Helpful. We established a conversation and she asked us for the reason of our visit, and we told her. Out of nowhere, she told us that she was going to upgrade us to a poolside view room, due to our Anniversary! She also gave us a welcome bag with treats and gave us her personal recommendations for the Island (which we Really Appreciated!). We got to the room and settled in, after a few minutes, a bellman knocked on the door. He was carrying a bottle of Champagne with two glasses as a treat from the hotel! We couldn’t believe it! They made our Stay Extra Special!!! The rooms was clean and spacious, with a balcony that has a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. It has a small fridge with a freezer compartment and microwave. Its conveniently located close to the airport and the beaches. It’s a small ride away to downtown. Overall, we are Extremely Satisfied and Grateful! We Highly Recommend it!!!

Great hotel! Our ocean view room was beautiful and clean, great balcony, came with a dehumidifier which helped a ton! The bathtub could have been updated but it worked and everything else was updated and very nice.Great, friendly staff!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! Location is fantastic-beaches within walking distance and AMAZING customer service! Highly recommended to anyone with kids or going as a couple. Exceptionally comfy beds-could have slept the whole weekend. Was able to go for a beautiful morning run right across the street from the resort entrance. At $220-TOTAL a fantastic deal in Key West!
