“I loved my experience here. The staff was super friendly, from the bellhops to check in staff and the restaurant/wait staff. Everyone was so accommodating. The environment is also classy and clean. I was with friends in the restaurant and had drinks and service in the lounge. Our room and bathroom was clean and cute. I definitely recommend it and would like to visit it again. Adorei minha experiência aqui. A equipe foi super amigável, desde os carregadores até a equipe de check-in e a equipe do restaurante / garçons. Todo mundo foi tão complacente. O ambiente também é elegante e limpo. Eu estava com amigos no restaurante e bebi e servi no lounge. Nosso quarto e banheiro era limpo e bonito. Definitivamente, recomendo e gostaria de visitá-lo novamente.”

“We were given a room, floor 9 of 10, at 1pm instead of the standard 4pm check in. The bell hop and woman at check in were extremely courteous and friendly. Complementary bottles of water at redemption (not the 8$ bottles of Fiji in the room). Good size room and bath. The one small downside was the double beds, although comfortable, were a small for 2 adults. Not much space for folded clothes for a family of 4. One of the 2 elevators was out of service and so made for longer than normal wait times and many stops. Good location with cafes and restaurants around.”
