“So I reserved and purchased one night at this hotel. The price for this hotel for one night was $70 which I believe to have been reasonable for a one night stay. When we got up to the hotel I checked in and went up to our room. I will say that I didn’t expect the room to be extravagant for $70 but the beds were very uncomfortable and very firm as well as all the furniture was scratched and damage. Which is not that big of a deal since we are only there to stay one night , we just needed a place to sleep but I felt like they should have maintain the rooms to a hire standard being so close to Disney and probably have a lot of traffic. But what I disliked the most is when I checked out the following morning they charged me $23 as a facility fee. When I asked what that meant the clerk had informed me of all the additional amenities that the hotel offered. But I told the clerk I didn’t use any of those amenities but the clerk said it doesn’t matter if you use them or not we charge everyone $23 for the amenities every night you stay which is ridiculous. I don’t think we should be charge for something just because you offer it regardless if we use it or not. Needless to say we will not be staying at this hotel again”

“#1 not clean by any means. Oh but they give you a sink and a dishwasher in the room… just no supplies to clean with.
#2 their website offers guests a laundry facility… it’s through a third party vendor who does not answer the phone and the oh so helpful workers know nothing about the machines so when you call down to ask for assistance be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for someone.
#3 they boast about their sushi bar… it’s not even open.
#4 food and drinks are overpriced and bland
#6 what they offer as a “continental breakfast” includes some juice and pastries… for 10 a person. I can go across the street to Panera and more for 10 dollars.
