Excellent experience from arrival to check-out. All staff members were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet with no street noise so sleep was undisturbed. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of choices and was much better than expected. We had dinner at the restaurant twice during our week-long stay and we were happy with the dishes. All restaurant staff were attentive and made you feel like a valued guest. We also enjoyed the live music in the lounge. It made for a nice place to wind down for the evening. The hotel is a block away from a subway stop which makes for easy access to other parts of the city. Overall we were very happy during our entire stay and will choose the Sheraton for any future visits to Lisbon.

Really nice hotel if not booking on the executive floors. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is excellent, i just love the choices and services of the restaurant staffs. The only downside is the receptionists are not that friendly. I requested for the room with the desired view on the executive floor early enough via the app but it wasn’t honoured although i am a gold member. The guy at the reception made me to wait and promised to call me when the room is ready. After 30 minutes, i tried my luck with different receptionists, she was nicer and offered me the room with the desired view staright away on a better and higher floor. Not sure whether this is due to the communication issue among the receptionists. Another issue with this hotel is executive lounge at the highest floor is closed. Not sure whether the booking on the executive floor would be worth it. I just love the view but not happy for the price i pay doesn’t include the lounge with the best view at the top floor. Only lounge at the lobby is offered and for me, this is a downgrade.

Good hotel, nice rooms and great location (walking distance to the central area). Good fitness centre, however it's a little small in the weight area. Would be great if another area for weights / fitness was opened up with more equipment. Nice swimming pool and SPA facilities. Decent breakfast choice and average lounge. Overall my last couple of stays here have been good.

Excellent staff, great premium member perks (happy hour) and fantastic service. Really nice views and wonderful pool area. The breakfast is also good and the one dinner we had there was also delicious. My only small complaint is the cleanliness of the Member level room, it was a bit dusty and the windows were dirty. Also, the spa needs an update (loose screws in the handle bars leading down/up to the heated pool). The best thing about this hotel is the flawless staff, no doubt.

This is by far one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had and we’ve been loyal Marriott customers for 20 years! The property is beautiful and well maintained, but the true gem here is the service by the staff. They truly treat each guest like royalty. From the front desk team led by Brigieda to the restaurant staff- some of the staff we enjoyed getting to know were Claudia, Ismael and Leo. They all made sure our stay was perfect. We generally don’t spend much time in the hotel when traveling to new places and prefer to explore as much as possible, but honestly this hotel and the service made us want to just stay and enjoy the pampering. Can’t wait to go back to Lisboa and stay here again!

Excellent staff. Cannot fault this hotel in the slightest. Rooms are a great size. Whatever isn't in the room can be easily delivered by reception. Spa is also very reasonable. Pool was a hit with the little one too. Great location to be able to explore the city. The Metro is so easy to navigate. A great stay all round.

I’d rate this Sheraton as excellent. As a lifetime elite, I stayed as many Marriott branded hotels as I could have been, this property is one of the best. Hotel staff are friendly and supportive, location is great, breakfast is excellent, spa is fantastic. Club lounge is closed due to pandemic, but hotel organized happy hour for elite members like us, food/drink are quality choices, we enjoyed it a lot. Definitely will comeback again if possible.

Club rooms on the highest floors were especially nice for a Sheraton. Definitely a hotel catering business travel, but only a 5 euro cab ride to main downtown tourist spots. Great recognition of elite benefits for platinum members. Spa was nice, but mostly because it was completely empty when we went.

The staff is great and super professional. Wish the spa was open! Very disappointed to come on a spa trip and not be informed in advance that it was closed for renovations through next year! There was no indication on the site or otherwise. And so I had to move hotels… I was upgraded for the night to a club room , with breakfast and that really nice ( found the regular room to be a bit dark for my taste ). I think I’d come stay again if the spa were open

We stayed here October 22-25th. VERY nice/friendly staff. The staff at the front desk, the door staff, the ladies at the spa, the cleaning staff, and the bar/ restaurant workers were all very friendly and welcoming. Nice clean hotel. We stayed on 15th floor with nice view. The roof top bar has a really nice view. Would definitely come back! I do wish they had some more equipment for their fitness center. But other than that our experience was great.

Ruben is best! Phenomenal stay, as a professional traveler, this was about as close to perfect as you can get. Awesome location too, not in the tourist area, but with lots of local food and shopping options within walking distance, along with quick access to public transit.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very modern. Terrific maid service. They keep you stocked in essentials. Great water pressure. Front desk very helpful. Everything within walking distance.

We just stayed 4 nights at this Sheraton and it’s getting old and need a refurbishment. Service could be improved as well. We stayed at the Sheraton in Porto and that one was much nicer with much better service.

It's not normal anymore that we have to pay 15 euro per day for wifi. Style, quietness. There was some hair at the side of the bath the first day. That means cleaning could be better. But now it seems I'm searching a hair to complain.
