“Overpriced. The only thing five star about this hotel is the decor. Friendly. Charged too much for everything such as internet usage. Cheap hotels don't even charge for internet usually.”

“There was less food, very few options than we thought. We were a bit disappointed as we had stayed at the 3 star New Akan Hotel in Kushiro and the Westin buffet was nothing compared to Akan's. There’s also too much wine in the desserts. They charged us for apple juice even after they said juice, tea and coffee are included in the buffet price. They didn't bother to tell us it's not free.”
