“Everything is good and satisfactory. Managed to get connecting rooms for myself and kids. Checking in and out is very smooth. Front desk staff polite and helpful. Same goes to Straits Kitchen staff. All very friendly and polite. Breakfast very delicious 👍👍👍👍👍”

“First time checked in Hyatt Hotel. And I must say the service by Ms Charisce(receptionist) was tip top. Felt so welcomed, she was smiley and bubbly. It was my anniversary with my partner and she was kind enough to get us last minute complimentary cake and smoking room.
Breakfast buffet was good.
Overall I’m satisfied and happy.”
