“Honestly, I would have given it a 2.5* if that was possible. Comparing this to a universal (3* resort), this is wayyyy worse! The servicefrom the staff in the hotel from start to finish has been poor! We had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned….this didn’t happen until day 5 of our 7 night stay and still that didn’t really happen, one bed made and the other not. We had to ask for new towels. Before they hadn’t supplied, no water or anything until we demanded in reception. Nobody seems bothered, a lack of enthusiasm and willingness to help. We had to wait 30 minutes for the bell person to come along for our bag storage? Why?Wouldn’t recommend to be honest. I don’t think it’s worth the money at all….and to top it off we were charged $350 resort charge at the end of the stay which we had no idea about 🤦🏼♂️The only positive I have to stay, it’s some of the bar staff in the pool bar are lovely. Apart from that…wouldn’t consider returning.Overall this hotel represents poor service, expensive and a wasted opportunity for what could be amazing! 🤷🏼♂️”
