Ótimo serviço, comida e cordialidade, a paisagem de todos os hotéis da rede não deixam a desejar. No entanto as agências e o hotel precisam ser mais claros quanto ao que está incluído no "all inclusive". A Wifi, transporte entre hotéis e algumas atividades no mar dentro do hotel são cobrados por fora. O bar não serve lanches, para isso tem locais específicos com horário para abrir e fechar. Avaliando a estrutura interna dos quartos, é bem simples comparado com outros resorts.

La atención es muy buena, la ubicación excelente, muy calmado , pero el restaurante es muy demorado en ocasiones.

El lugar es pequeño pero acogedor, la atención es muy buena y más personalizada, la comida muy buena, felicitaciones a la cheff. Ojo, no tiene playa ese local, hay que ir a otras instalaciones. Está muy cerca a la zona comercial y a las actividades públicas.

Es un hotel pequeño pero acogedor, la comida deliciosa, las personas muy atentas en especial las del restaurante y bar, es muy tranquilo no hay shows como en el resto de Decameron, es más un sitio de descanso, la piscina nos encanto, San Andrés un lugar siempre para regresar 😍😍😍

El lugar se mantiene muy limpio y ordenado. El personal es muy amable y atento. La cocina es a la carta, lo que hace un poco lenta la atención. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle sufren con el ruido de las fiestas callejeras hasta altas horas de la noche.

No fue buena nuestra experiencia, ya que iban 2 adultos mayores extranjeros y oh sorpresa: el hotel esta situado en todo el corazón de donde se reúne la gente a tomar licor y escuchar música a todo volumen resultando en noches difíciles para descansar y una imagen no tan agradable… no estoy escribiendo por el servicio, pero si porque venden estadías sin validar o asesorar según el perfil de las personas que se van a hospedar… si no tienes problemas para dormir o vas en grupo de amigos para beber y trasnochar, puede ser un lugar indicado para ti, en este caso simplemente no se paso bien y no se lleva un buen recuerdo de tan bella isla

Es una excelente experiencia, el lugar es hermoso, tranquilo y muy limpio. La comida es deliciosa y variada, la atención de la gente es increíble especialmente doña Bertha y don José, muy pendientes de la calidad del servicio. El hotel podría tener un plus gigante si limpiaran el acceso y el mar que tienen, pude ver más peces haciendo snorkeling en este lugar que muchos otros lugares de la isla.

Me hospede con mi esposa. Es un hotel pequeño y buen situado en la parte del centro y cerca de todo, playa y comercio. Es un todo incluido bueno y aunque tuve un pequeño inconveniente; al final me di cuenta que son demasiado amables e intentaron remediar el inpase de la mejor manera. La cama y almohadas deliciosas, el restaurante con comida variada y buena atención y el bar también muy bueno. Volvería gracias a su buen servicio y personal amable y preocupado por un buen servicio. A mejorar los baños. Ya sería justo modernizar un poco su apariencia. Felicitaciones a todo el personal

I wouldn't not take this hotel as my first option again

Hotel aconchegante e quartos sempre muito limpo e organizado! Tudo funcionando perfeitamente! Minha estadia aconteceu em fevereiro de 2017. Por ser um hotel pequeno ele é bem tranquilo não há barulho, fica a 2 minutos da praia principal é uns 15 minutos do aeroporto, inclusive da para ir a pé se suas malas forem de rodinhas até porque você segue sempre a beira mar, e que mar é este. O restaurante deste hotel é muito bom, a noite sempre tem um cardápio muito variado, o café da manha é mais simples mas mesmo por isso não deixa de ser bom. Almoço o cardápio se repete um pouco mais mas mesmo assim tudo é preparado para ser bom. Toda equipe é muito hospitaleiro e gentil, fazem de tudo para entender as suas necessidades. Uma grande vantagem é muito fácil agendar almoço e janta em outros hotéis da rede na recepção deste hotel por ter um número menor de hóspedes. Saindo deste hotel á esquerda á pé mesmo em uma caminhada de 5 minutos está o Decameron Aquarium se quiser só desfrutar dos snacks e bebidas não há necessidade de reserva, é só ir e está tudo certo. Para visitar o clube de praia que fica de um outro lado da ilha alugamos uma scooter, fizemos a reserva na recepção e foi só alegria. Então pra nós particularmente os dias que passamos neste hotel foi super agradável e inesquecível, depois mudamos para outro hotel da rede o Decameron Isleño, que já está há um patamar acima mais isto é uma outra avaliação. Decameron Los Defines está próximo de tudo,super recomendo. Importante não há praia com areia neste hotel, existe um tipo de piscina natural mais há muita alga e na maioria das vezes está bem suja á água por ali. Mas isso não foi inconveniente pois a praia está a poucos passos dali!

Hotel só fica bem localizado! Nao me hospedaria novamente. Vc precisa pedir para trocar as toalhas . Solicitei uma limpeza extra devido um acidente ocorrido no quarto .. foi ignorado . Agiram como se não tivessem entendido . Apesar deall inclusive não servem nada além das refeiçõesnos horários determinados .Refeições regulares sempre iguais nada de novidade . Se chegar após o horario pre determinado só vai comer na próxima refeição (não tem opção ) O bar da piscina só inicia as 10:00 da manhã .As bebidas não tem opçãoe funcionários mal humorados . Um amigo pediu uma caipirinha ecomo não estava no cardápio alegaram que não faziam ...elealegou que não gostava do que estava sendo servido e quis fazer ele a caipirinha ( tinha vodka e limão ) , não fizeram e nem permitiram que ele fizesse e foram bem rudes . Vc só consegui toalhas de praiaa partir das 10:00 horas. Não tem wi fi incluso ( mesmo pagando não funciona) . O cofre também é pago.

Parabénssomenteao pessoal dobar: FABIAN, SIGRED, e a outra funcionária trabalha lá naparte da tarde,SÃO10. O cardápio é fenomenal, porém o que deixa a desejar: cerveja e refrigerante são servidos quentes, e não tem Wi-fi gratuito.

Da rede Decameron na ilha de San Andres este é o mais simples dos hotéis.Mas super aconchegante, com um staff super atencioso e gentil. Como parte do sistema Allinclusive é possível jantar nos outros hotéis da rede mediante agendamento, feito logo pela manhã durante o café.Também é é possível utilizar os Clubes de Praia, tudo incluído( comidas e bebidas, até alcoólicas)

Estive com 8 pessoas no período de 18 a 22 de Setembro, ocupamos 4 aptos duplos, um hotel simples, pequeno mas muito aconchegante, limpo, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, notei uma falha devido ao clima da cidade de muito quente em isolarem a piscina as 19hs.

As instalações não são modernas, mas, até que são confortáveis. A comida é boa. O serviço de bar é lento. As garçonetes do almoço e jantar, são atenciosas. A piscina é boa. A internet é cobrada e é péssima. No geral, é um bom custo benefício.

La atención del personal,la limpieza de los cuartos,una buena piscina son aspectos a,resaltar y su ubicación, pero, El unico restaurante,muy limitado en su menú,sabores muy repetidos,esperaba más variedad. La verdad no repetiría. En la playa,que está cerca ,hay que pagar toldos y sillas. Deberían advertirlo porque cada día cuesta 42.000 pesos este servicio y como el bar está en el hotel,toca comprar también en la playa las bebidas!.

La comida es deliciosa y muy fresca. Las personas de la barra son amables y preparan excelentes cócteles. El lugar es ideal para ir en pareja es muy tranquilo y bien ubicado.

Excelente experiencia y atención. Calor humano y servicio sin igual. La comida es muy buena. Es un espacio ideal para compartir en familia, con una piscina amplia y limpia. Frente al mar. Aunque no tiene playa, puedes acceder a un mar de varios colores y practicar careteo, nadar y jugar con las olas. Muy recomendado este hotel!

Nice cozy hotel in down town San Andrés Island. Nice pool with open bar. Good place to dine if you like sea views in the night. Part of Decameron all inclusive resorts in the island.

One word, fabulous! The staff, the accommodations, the restaurant... everything!

Bad: No wifi. If you come before three o'clock, you cant use the facilities, even by 10 minutes. The food and juices are horrible, we went each day to other places just so we wont eat in the hotel. Part of the staff is lazy, part are very nice. The rooms don't have good sound proofing so you can hear everything. Good: nice view of the ocean.

Unfortunately this is a seriously low quality hotel which is marketed as high end, "all inclusive" resort. The below is not nit-picking or from an annoyed customer, it is a description of the hotel. I hope others do not have to have their money taken from them for such a low quality product.We are a relatively well travelled couple and this is the only hotel we actually left. The island of San Andreas is much more expensive versus other locations in Colombia and the Decameron Group certainly take advantage of this fact.This is a hotel that was priced at 5-star rates but at best it is a cheap, roadside motel. Even if it was priced where this standard should be, it would be still be at the low end in terms of quality for a roadside motel.The package we bought was "all inclusive" which is very misleading. First the restaurant food is very bad, we had to return the only two meals we had - something as experienced travellers we have never done before. Getting access to other properties on the island in the group was made incredibly difficult and Wifi was not included. We refused to have our evening meal at the hotel restaurant and it took quite a lot of pushing to get the hotel to allow us eat at another Decameron restaurant (something that is technically "included" in the package but very difficult to actually access).The room was unclean and falling apart. The ceiling tiles in many places were either falling inward/gapped and unclean. The bathroom/shower was worse than any hostel I have staged in when backpacking. The shower controls very loose onto the wall, the shower curtain/barrier was dirty and it was clear no maintenance was done on the room in many years.The rooms are also extremely noisy (something I did read about in other one-star reviews). The hotel is in the centre of the small town so a degree of noise is acceptable but everything can be heard. Loud music from the café across the street, cars, people basically anything from the street. The room doors (which were very insecure) faced onto the pool areas and it provided no privacy or noise barrier.The only positive I can give was that the staff were nice. Nothing more and certainly not what would be considered 5-star luxury. They did get us a room in another Decameron hotel (Mar Azul, which was considerable better though this very average) which was the single positive take away from our stay.The hotel also had no facilities with the exception of a very unremarkable pool which itself did not look appealing. Tourist information was terrible and we had to ensure we were at reception at exact times to event speak to some one about tours. We did book one from the hotel which turned out to be a terrible rip off to visit the two most common islands for the beaches (we later found out these tours generally are either free from other Decameron hotels or half price if booked elsewhere).I assume there are many fake reviews about this hotel given it actually rates okay (we searched about it before staying and reviews were mixed but tended to be either 1 star or 5 star which always rings alarm bells for me). The one star reviews I can absolutely assure you are accurate and real.Avoid staying here. We paid about £120 pounds a night which is insane. If I had paid £20 a night I would have written the same review.

Overpriced. Only good breakfast. NO WI-FI. And it wasn't written on the contract. The stuff at the hotel hardly gave us options to change hotels ( and we didn't get it at the end) If you're planning to stay better to pay a bit more and get to the Maryland that at least has WiFi We had always to fight to get places on the Islander and aquarium cause staying at Los delfines doesn't allow you to go wherever you want. Besides they didn't allow us to get before the check in while in the others hotel they allowed us and to get in we had to pay 30.000 pesos more I give just an star for the location and the rooms

Old, tired & dangerous. Constant building work from 7am till 9pm. Management highly skilled in deceipt. Most people stay 2 or 3 nights so take the excuses as is. I spent 2 weeks there split over a 3 week period. No A/C ever. Missing hand rails on water bridges. Lack of stock etc...

This place is a joke. It must be run by an absentee owner. They lock you into this package deal that forces you to eat at Decameron restaurants. The food at the Delfines restaurant itself is inedible and usually doesn't even have half the items on the menu, so you will more than likely want to eat elsewhere. What they don't tell you is that you have to plan ahead as to which other restaurant you want for lunch and dinner and exactly what time, then get up early in the morning to make reservations. That means if you are in another part of the island or somewhere else spontaneously and want to go for lunch at a Decameron restaurant you're flat out of luck. You essentially become a prisoner to this package deal. They also charge for abominable WiFi. They charge per devise and it's as slow as molasses. So slow that trying to log in usually times out and if you have to do any serious business, you're screwed. The "free" drinks are also terrible. I ordered a Pina Colada that not only tasted bad, but was unrecognizable as a Pina Colada. Half the poolside chairs are a risk to even sit in. The beds are OK, but half the outlets and light switches don't work. This is not a cheap place, but the experience sure is. The people that work here, however, are very nice. They're as much victims as the guests.
