“Exclusive VIP 5th Floor with a special access card. Private lounge and check-out services. Pampering services are a must for total relaxation. The Gym was adequate however, minor upgrades to the free weights and a semi-professional flat bench would be a nice touch. My personal chef. The best mattress that I've ever slept on in a long time. 1-Outlet that was inoperable. No valet parking.”
