I love the Marriott brand, but never in all my years of being a titanium elite member have I been treated so bad. The lady that works the night shift, older lady with red hair treated me like a criminal. She had the worse attitude on both days I stayed. I thought maybe it was a bad day the first night, but man she made me feel worse the second. I tried talking to a manager about the issue, but still haven’t received a call back. I will be writing to Marriott direct on this one.

Worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at. They lack proper management, maintenance, and housekeeping. This hotel is about a year old but was built very cheap and is already falling apart. Don’t bother trying to get something from the pantry because there won’t be anyone at the front desk to help you. Someone who speaks English should probably make signage and the someone else should proof read before posting them. I didn’t get pictures of it but the carpet has a ton of stains. Good luck getting housekeeping to clean your room. My stay was for 15 nights and I only got the room cleaned twice. That was only because I had to find the front desk person and request it. I could go on and on but you get the point.

Very nice, the employees were professional both in attentive. The room excellent, everything from the couch, to the desk, and the overly comfortable king bed. The bathroom was impressive also, with 3 showering choices. The compact microwave and refer left me with a feeling of gratitude.

Rooms were very Modern and Clean. Check was efficient but clerk a bit brusque. Beds were comfortable and amenities new. Great room at a great price. Would definitely return.

We were on a 9 day road trip and this was our second stop, after our hotel in SLC was really bad. This place saved us!! Our room was so clean and modern. We loved the beds, the shower, the bathroom in general. I even loved the hallway carpet-so cushiony and soft to walk on. There are free EV chargers in the parking lot, so that was a major bonus. It was just so chill here! The elevators were quick and we never had to ride with another guest(important during COVID). Also SpringHill Suites always has a SMART TV!! Thank you for that-we need our youtube and Netflix even when we aren’t home. We will definitely be back!

Suítes incríveis, como funcionário da Marriott, fui tratado excepcionalmente bem e o quarto era imaculado. A cama era tão confortável que eu não queria sair. A única falha foi o chuveiro não tinha realmente uma boa pressão que pode não ser uma falha do hotel. Ótimo serviço na recepção, a senhora que me registrou foi muito agradável e muito flexível!

Amazing suites, as an employee of Marriott, I was treated exceptionally well and the room was immaculate. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. Only flaw was the shower didnt really have good pressure which might not be a fault of the hotel. Great service at the front desk, the lady who checked me in was very nice and very accommodating!
