This hotel is situated directly opposite the entrance of Universal Orlando. An abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues are a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is well situated for the public transport network (150 m away). The city of Kissimmee lies about 20 km from the hotel. From the hotel, guests are able to make use of the free of charge shuttle bus service going to the SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, Wet n Wild and Aquatica. “And previous reservation at Avanti Palm resort place was absolutely atrocious dirty and did not feel safe. We left immediately found DoubleTree would recommend this location anytime and intend to go back in the future. Establishment was clean observed staff cleaning continuously enjoyed a nine-day stay and actually extended. Both staff and guests were extremely friendly only downside was the $23 a day parking for guests. Plenty of places to go within walking distance but parking he should be wave for guest staying more than two nights. Shuttles to Disney would have made it perfect. The manager Brian was extremely accommodating and helpful and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Would recommend anytime especially compared to other facilities in that area. Very affordable”
