“El peor lugar que hay en la tierra. 2 horas para lograr el check in y después 1 hora más para que te den tu habitación. Todo el servicio es malo y la atención del personal es pésima. No lo recomendaría. No gasten su tiempo ni dinero acá.”

“Muita expectativa pra pouca coisa, esperava muito mais do hotel, beleza unicamente externa, um absurdo criança não poder frequentar a loja do hotel. A maioria dos funcionários são mal educados e ignorantes, os banheiros entupidos, ralos de chuveiro e pia. Ratazana passeando pela janela do hotel, colchões horríveis, travesseiros fedidos, e parece que estamos de graça com tamanha falta de vontade de nos atender. O tratamento é diferenciado quando descobrem que somos brasileiros, puxam muito o saco dos americanos e acabam com os brasileiros. Único serviço excelente no hotel foi o de camareira. Nunca mais eu volto!”
