“Solo tiene bueno la ubicación....el resto deja mucho q desear...y encima después de dejar el hotel con 0 cargos nos pasaron 190 dólares a la tarjeta. Hemos intentado recursrlos y ha sido imposible...una vergüenza, no te cogen el teléfono y no tienen ningún correo dónde escribir . Un timo en toda regla. NO IR NUNCA”

“WARNING! Take care with the charges the make to your card. We did not eat or drink anything from the mini bar during our stay but they charged us 6.10 CI$ (7.5 US$) without reason, four days after we left the hotel. I mailed them asked why was that charge for but I did not get an answer. So basically they stole my money without a reason or explanation. Attached the charge.¡ATENCIÓN! Mucho cuidado con los cargos que el hotel hace en tu tarjeta. Nosotros no comimos ni bebimos nada del mini-bar de la habitación pero nos cobraron 6.10 CI$ (7.5 US$) sin motivo alguno cuatro días después de dejar el hotel. Envié un email pidiendo explicaciones pero nunca respondieron. Básicamente tomaron dinero de nuestra tarjeta sin motivo ni explicación alguna. Adjunto el cargo.”
