It’s hard to find decent hotels in London. They never seem to deliver on the value for money aspect. However, I can truly say this place although outdated to some degree, has a character which is unique to this place, and I would stay here again. I was looking for a place to eat with my friends in West End, and I didn't realise that now you have to book ahead. So with that mistake in mind, we came across this absolutely lovely place, we went in, ask if they take people without reservation and immediately the staff was absolutely lovely and grateful to help. The food was amazing 👏 and delicious. The bill for 3 people, main and a bottle of rose, around £150, which I believe it was not big at all, especially for the location of this place. Beautiful place, amazing service, prices affordable. I will return here definitely. Então, com esse erro em mente, nos deparamos com este lugar absolutamente adorável, entramos, perguntamos se eles aceitam pessoas sem reservas e imediatamente a equipe foi absolutamente adorável e grata por ajudar. A comida era incrível 👏 e deliciosa. A conta para 3 pessoas, prato principal e uma garrafa de rosé, ronda os £150, que creio não ter sido nada grande, ainda mais pela localização deste local. Lugar lindo, atendimento incrível, preços acessíveis. Voltarei aqui com certeza.

I booked a Superior Compact room and ended up with a room adapted for disabled people, which is very inconvenient if you’re not + the bathroom is beyond disappointing: the floor is very slippery (not safe at all) and water would be crazy hot, not able to have normal temperature - simple could not shower on a Thursday night at almost midnight. Of course they could not upgrade me because the hotel was fully booked. Very very disappointing for a 315€/night hot. I Absolutely do not recommend this hotel, very negative client experience. Reservei um quarto Superior Compacto e acabei com um quarto adaptado para pessoas com deficiência, o que é muito inconveniente se você não estiver + o banheiro é mais do que decepcionante: o chão é muito escorregadio (nada seguro) e a água seria muito quente , incapaz de ter temperatura normal - simples não podia tomar banho em uma noite de quinta-feira quase à meia-noite. Claro que eles não poderiam me atualizar porque o hotel estava lotado. Muito, muito decepcionante para um calor de 315 € / noite. Eu absolutamente não recomendo este hotel, experiência muito negativa do cliente.

It's luxury without the snobbery.I've been to London several times and it's my absolute favorite stay so far. The smell is infectious, the staff, Nadir especially, makes you feel right at home, the breakfast is fantastic, the location is right in the heart of everything so you can walk everywhere. I only wish the room was a bit brighter but overall it's been a fantastic stay. I will absolutely be coming back. É luxo sem esnobismo. Estive em Londres várias vezes e é a minha estadia favorita absoluta até agora. O cheiro é contagiante, a equipe, especialmente Nadir, faz você se sentir em casa, o café da manhã é fantástico, a localização é bem no coração de tudo para que você possa caminhar por toda parte. Eu só gostaria que o quarto fosse um pouco mais claro, mas no geral foi uma estadia fantástica. Eu absolutamente voltarei.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. We stayed here for a weekend escape without the kids! The hotel is situated in fantastic area with most things only a stones throw away. The staff on arrival were very polite and friendly and the loft suite room we had booked was just what we were after.For us there was only 2 negatives, the first being the extortionate cost of everything in the room, £10 for a pot of Pringles, even I can’t justify that!!! The second thing was we were interrupted twice whilst in our room, the first time to deliver a bucket of ice (strange several hours after we checked in??) and the second time was a maintenance man wanting to measure something in the bathroom. Even worse, on both occasions the staff knocked once & before we had time to answer they opened the door. Luckily we had the chain on the door as the second time my wife was in the bath (which was in the middle of the room!!!) however the guy would of certainly had a good view. Not the sort of thing you expect to happen in a high end hotel.Aside from this, the hotel was lovely, a great room & great bar on the top floor. For the price and location we couldn’t have asked for more and would certainly return again. Fantástico hotel em uma ótima localização. Ficamos aqui para uma fuga de fim de semana sem as crianças! O hotel está situado na área fantástica com a maioria das coisas a poucos passos de distância. A equipe na chegada foi muito educada e amigável e a suíte loft que tínhamos reservado era exatamente o que estávamos depois.Para nós, havia apenas 2 pontos negativos, sendo o primeiro o custo exorbitante de tudo no quarto, £ 10 por um pote de Pringles, nem eu posso justificar isso !!! A segunda coisa foi que fomos interrompidos duas vezes enquanto estávamos em nosso quarto, a primeira vez para entregar um balde de gelo (estranho várias horas após o check-in?) e a segunda vez foi um homem de manutenção querendo medir algo no banheiro. Pior ainda, em ambas as ocasiões a equipe bateu uma vez e antes que tivéssemos tempo de responder, eles abriram a porta. Felizmente, tínhamos a corrente na porta, pois a segunda vez que minha esposa estava no banho (que estava no meio da sala!!!), no entanto, o cara certamente teria uma boa vista. Não é o tipo de coisa que você espera que aconteça em um hotel sofisticado.Além disso, o hotel foi adorável, uma grande sala e ótimo bar no último andar. Pelo preço e localização, não poderíamos ter pedido mais e certamente voltaríamos novamente.

We only stayed here for three nights, but got some of the best service we’ve ever gotten at a hotel. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, trying to help you in any way possible. The whole hotel is gorgeous, the room was clean and spacious. It has a very funky vibe to it.The attention to detail by the housekeeping was remarkable, they organized and tidied every little thing. The lounge areas are very nice, with equally prompt service and delicious drinks with shisha. You'll definitely see me back & I will highly recommend to anyone who asks. Ficamos aqui apenas três noites, mas tivemos o melhor serviço que já recebemos em um hotel. Todos são muito simpáticos e acolhedores, tentando ajudá-lo de todas as maneiras possíveis. Todo o hotel é lindo, o quarto era limpo e espaçoso. Tem uma vibração muito descolada. A atenção aos detalhes da arrumação foi notável, eles organizaram e arrumaram cada pequena coisa. As áreas do lounge são muito agradáveis, com atendimento igualmente rápido e deliciosos drinks com shisha. Você definitivamente vai me ver de volta e eu recomendo a todos quem pergunta.

A really great find. Karma Sanctum is a boutique hotel with a personality. Themed around music from the 60's on it serves well if you plan to spend time around the west end. We were given complimentary breakfastwhich is always welcome (although it wasn't the best, and I would have sent it backhad I paid for it). I will stay here again.

Close enough to the tube and easy access to busses and taxis.My family booked a week at the Karma Sanctum. We were impressed from start to finish. Ella accommodated our early arrival, she gave us rooms immediately.The hotel is very clean and has a great Rock decor. Our room had an excellent view of the city and was spotless.I would like to highlight the staff of the Karma Sanctum, they made the stay fantastic. From Nadir, Tuna, and Ella, to Sam, and Anthony, The entire staff cares for guests' comfort. I apologize for any staff name's I'm missing. We loved every interaction with each staff member.The rooftop bar/lounge is a great place to relax and or get some work done.We will be rebooking on our next visit.Do you and yours a solid, book the Karma Sanctum.
