“Eu gostaria de poder dar 5 estrelas, mas não posso. Uma hora antes de partir do hotel para voar para casa na tarde de quarta-feira, 20 de outubro, meu celular foi roubado. Eu estava lendo na piscina do Hyde Beach e, por volta das 16h, subi para o meu quarto para fazer as malas. A área da piscina estava muito quieta esta tarde, com alguns hóspedes ao redor do lado oposto da piscina e 2 funcionários fazendo serviço de bebidas e toalhas. 30 minutos depois de ir para o meu quarto, percebi que não estava com meu telefone e devo tê-lo deixado na cabana entre as toalhas. As toalhas tinham sido recolhidas pelos funcionários e meu telefone tinha sumido (e também estava desligado, embora eu soubesse que estava carregado). A gerência do hotel fez várias promessas nas semanas seguintes de trabalhar com meu namorado e eu para ajudar a melhorar a situação, mas nada aconteceu. Eles não se comunicaram prontamente, não compartilharam cópias das filmagens de segurança para que pudéssemos adicionar isso ao relatório policial arquivado e não nos forneceram nenhum meio direto de contatá-los. Estou extremamente desapontado com a forma como isso foi tratado e recomendo a todos que fiquem lá para ficarem de olho em seus pertences. Vergonha para a gestão e vergonha para o pessoal.”

“Essa mesa que está vazia fica no lobby do hotel, acontece que no lobby só tem um sofá para 3 pessoas sentadasficarem aguardando amigos ou um Uber. Mas eles não permitem que os hóspedes sentem para aguardar mesmo com o restaurante Bazaar vazio como está nessa foto, mandam levantar !!!! Falta de respeito com os hóspedes .”
