“Staying here for a business trip. My room is very nicely appointed, larger than expected and has dual double hung windows which keep it very quiet despite being in an active part of the city. There are not a lot of amenities as it’s a small boutique style hotel but the 24 hour complimentary coffee bar is nice. The staff are all friendly and helpful. It’s a pleasant stay and I would stay here again. There is a sign that says they are doing some renovations but I don’t hear any construction noise and it is not affecting my stay at all.”

“Great boutique hotel with nice well-maintained room and lounge!
Stayed here for 1 night for our honeymoon, our room was upgraded which was nice. The view was great, room was huge and we really enjoy the design of the room.
Lounge was also nice with free refill coffee and tea available. However, one thing to note is that the hotel location is 2 blocks away from Tenderloin area which has a lot of homeless. We were a bit scared living here initially, we could hear some gunshots at night. But fortunately, the staff was available 24/7 and the valet parking was convenient at $59.
