“Demasiado lindo cómodo me encantó”

“I stayed here for a few days because I attended a convention this past weekend. I walked into the lobby to check-in and it was very nice. The hotel clerk was very nice and friendly and the check-in went smoothly. I had no problem getting into the parking lot with my hotel key card. The room was very nice inside. Two TVs! Had a hard time finding the thermostat. It was located behind the door between the living room and the bathroom sink. Everything worked perfectly in the room. This one elevator sounded like it was straining with the loud banging in and clanking. The pool was so pretty. Makes it look like your in the Caribbean. Nice restaurants with gratuity already included. My favorite was the Calypso's Bar and Grill. There were also three female ducks living there. It was so cute and funny seeing them swim around too. The convention center looks like a palace. Felt like a mile long from one end to the other. Plenty of cold fresh water in many of the meeting spaces. There's a nice little walkway near the Caribbean side of the convention center. Check-out went great too. Anyways, I had a great time there. Thank you so much!”

The rooms are really nice. Tons of room and super comfy beds. Laundry is $2 to wash and $2 to dry, paid in quarters. If you are using their conference center, dress for the antarctic, even in summer (not kidding 🥶). The staff was amazing... After the first night, someone knocked on our door to see how our stay was going. We told them our shower was draining really slow, not expecting much but they immediately fixed it! Super impressed they knocked, asked, and actually cared! The pool was a huge hit. The location is perfect if you're visiting Disney. There's great parking. If you want to skip the parking fees, park in the front along the fence. They actually told us this! Super sweet people!

O Hotel é excelente, tem um ótimo clube, a parte infantil é perfeita, a housekeeping passa diariamente e isso é ótimo. Mas a diária de quase $200 não inclui estacionamento e café da manhã (que se vc tomar café da manhã no hotel custa praticamente metade da diária). Porém o hotel vale muito 5 estrelas!

Durante toda nuestra estadía nos limpiaron una sola vez la habitación porque llegaban con el servicio a las 16 horas, momento en que queríamos descansar. No brindan amenities por lo que uno debe llevar su propia crema de cuerpo y cofia de baño .Hay una botella e agua en la habitación pero l cobran 5 dólares. La piscina principal muy concurrida pero hay otra en la zona de la Torre 7 que no es muy concurrida, ideal para relajarse.

Beautiful resort with clean updated rooms and great service! Food on site is expensive but good. The pool area is amazing and the fitness center is huge with lots of updated equipment. The only negative to my business stay was the convention center. It is beautiful but if you are attending an event there BRING WINTER CLOTHING. The management insists on keeping the rooms feeling like a meat locker. Our room never got above 65 degrees and we had arctic air blasting over us all day. Even the guys from Germany were wearing their coats which should say something. If the management insists on these freezing temperatures they should at least warn folks ahead of time. When it’s 90 plus degrees outside, packing sweaters and coats isn’t on one’s packing list. Perhaps the high cost of air conditioning for the convention center is why everything else is so expensive. Aside from the convention centers freezing temperatures, the resort is amazing and worth the visit.

Clean beautiful hotel, heated pool with waterfall, bar's and restaurants on premises. Beware of the bars, was charges $9 at lunch for a drink and $14 in the evening for a drink. Alot of people were shocked by the alcohol prices since you can buy alcohol across the street and make your own. The hot tub had up to 18 kids in it at a time and unfortunately the "adult only"hot tub the jets didn't work very well at all. The staff cleaned all day and sanitized the chairs and replaced towels every morning by the pool. Housekeeping was helpful and did a great job.

Las fotos son engañosas en booking. No recomiendo las habitaciones pequeñas. Es posible que las villas sean mucho mejor. Es limpio y relativamente cómodo. Son de esos lugares muy grandes donde el servicio mo existe de forma personalizada. Las instalaciones en muy buen estado. Limpio normal pero puede encontrar polvo. Su valor justifica para un lugar donde las camas no son tan cómodas y la lencería es pasable.

My family and I recently had a delightful experience! The resort is absolutely spotless. In the mornings they even had staff out in the parking lots cleaning any trash or anything out of order. Impressive! A few other great perks… simple parking that was literally right outside of the tower we stayed at (super convenient!). Delicious coffee in the suites. Never heard our neighbors once! Definitely recommend!

First I want to start by saying the first night was great! 5 star service from the staff, the food was amazing, the pool was nice the view was beautiful everything was great! No complaints what so ever. But on the website it was advertised all over that there was complimentary breakfast. So after our great night at the Caribe Royale, we wake up in the morning at 6:30 to get ready for the complimentary breakfast and it is 25 dollars a person. Obviously after we got ready and went to the main building to get breakfast we were going to eat whether it was free or not because we were hungry. We had terrible service and the food was not good at all. Our server only came to our table 1 time after seating us and it was to bring us the bill of 132 dollars as there was an 18% service charge included after tax. The price is not the issue though. The issue was for that price we could have eaten at a 5 star restaurant with food that didn't have flies and insects flying around the food at the self serve bar. Not to mention all of the staff standing at the front desk of the restaurant staring at us when all of our drinks were empty. Very unfortunate that the breakfast ruined the amazing trip from the day before.

Our Villa had 2 rooms with King beds! The master had a Deep soaking tub that was used Daily! Bathrooms were well done! Nice kitchen! Customer service impeccable! Only draw back the parking access required room access card which took a day to correct for access! All in All GREAT TO STAY WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

AMAZING Hotel to say the to say the least! First time here and will definitely be back. The rooms have been remodeled beautifully and the scent of the hotel leaves you want to stay longer! The rooms were very clean too! My family of four had plenty of space in the 2 bedroom suite.

What a gorgeous resort!! I will definitely come back when I visit the Orlando area again. The property is huge!! Check in was a smooth process. There are resort fees and paid parking. Lots of things to do. My kiddos enjoyed the arcade, the basketball court, the pool as well as the gym. Our room was spacious, updated and clean. Other reviews stated they had problems with room service; we had no problems getting fresh towels daily. In fact on the last day we refused because we were leaving early morning to check out. Just view the pictures I shared and then book a room. You will not be disappointed. I did not spend as much time as I would have like exploring the resort but I will next time. It was my family and I first time in Orlando, so we spent most of our time at the parks( Universal Studios, etc). I wish I could have rented a few bikes (also available at the resort) and relaxed more at the pool bar. I will next time!

I enjoyed a fantastic stay! Facility was beautiful, well kept, and felt like a Florida hotel should. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was nice and had a good floor plan. The cafe service was nice but a little slow. Lots of the restaurants were closed for remodeling (which will be awesome once they’re done). Water quality was bad like most of Florida so bottled water would be recommended for drinking.

I would easily give this facility 5 stars if the renovation of the main building and lobby had already been completed. This is an all-suite hotel and our suite was completely renovated (Tower 2). I don't know if all rooms have been renovated - I would ask when reserving. Our bed area was clean and upscale: contemporary furnishings with an art deco flair, lots of crisp white bedding, good mattress, gauzy window drapes over a pull-down shade for privacy, glass tiled shower walls, a convenient seating area with an ample sectional, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Wall coverings and artwork seem to reflect Florida history from the 40's through 60's in the suite towers. The pool area and grounds are manicured and spotless. There's a waterfall, hot tub and kids' pool. The convention space and meeting rooms are elegant and spotless. And the food from on-site catering and restaurants is freshly prepared and excellent -- even if a little pricey. I would recommend this resort/convention center for good service, pool area, food, nice suites and elegant convention space. Only negatives at this date: gift shop and offerings are a little tacky, there need to be a few outlets for phones, computers, etc. around the pool for a working holiday, and the main building renovation needs to be completed. This is a very good place to stay now, but will be 5 stars in future.

A very nice resort and conference facility.Our room was quite spacious with Keurig coffee maker, smart fridge, and microwave. Decor and furnishings appear to have been updated recently. They were very trendy but tasteful. Carpeting had been replaced with laminate flooring and was a welcome change. The pool was so large it was like swimming in a lake. A large, well-equipped fitness center is provided as well. Would definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous place. We stayed in tower 3 at the beginning of January, which I think had been recently updated. The whole hotel was lovely, the pool and slide were perfect for the family. All the staff are super helpful and very friendly. Loved the food at the pool side bar, and the little 24 cafe place is great too. The main breakfast canteen is very very expensive, so we never used that, but everything else was spot on. Decent gym on site. Great location to Disney too, and lots of restaurants a very short drive away.

Very nice resort! Rooms are newly renovated in a very clean looking style. The resort was easy to maneuver with self parking pretty much right at your door. The pool area is very beautiful and provides easy access to either your room tower or to the main lobby. The staff was pleasant all the way around. It provides a nice alternative to some of the mega resorts that are offered in the theme park area. We were there attending a church event and found that the conference center was convenient and well cared for. I'd recommend this property for business, pleasure or both!

5 stars for the Kelsey for fixing the extra charges that were on my bill.However, due to all the extra fees it requires to stay here, on my next trip I’ll be choosing somewhere else. Hotel fees, parking fees, and the worst of them all “Service fee” added to every meal you eat there. Which is clearly stated as not a tip for the waiter or waitress. One extra fee is fine but when you add up 3 for everyday of a stay it adds up to almost more than the initial price in the first place.

This resort is perfect and had everything we needed for our week stay in Orlando and more. Awesome pool, kids pool/splash area and playground, restaurants, arcade, laundry, cafe, and lovely rooms. Minutes from Disney and even closer to grocery or other retail. Our experience was amazing. The staff and service was excellent. A big thank you to Steve Brown who was working the pool slide and the grounds- He had our whole family feeling like royalty with his service. They very best service. Everyone was so kind and polite. The bed, bathrooms and kitchen were perfect size for the whole family.Plenty of space outside for the kids. They have a huge pool with a slide, arcade, ping pong, pool table and huge patio. Plenty of parking, too.Getting to and from Disney’s parks was a breeze with their shuttle service.

Stayed for 4 nights last week. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for Disney World and we utilized the free shuttle service to get there. Unfortunately we were a few minutes late on the rides home and the shuttle didn't seem stay a minute later than scheduled. We were able to Uber for relatively cheap.The rooms clean and updated. The hot water heater didn't seem to be able to keep up with the guests. If you took a shower late in the evening, the water was lukewarm.Breakfast was a disappointment. It costs about +$100 for the buffet for a family of four. The food was mediocre and only a small step up from a continental breakfast.The kids loved the pool and it had a nice water slide. They had a bar area nearby with costly, but delicious drinks.Overall it was a good experience, but I will likely see what other Orlando hotels have to offer next time. Since the room was inexpensive, I give it 4 stars.

This is the BEST hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Such incredibly caring and attentive staff. The atmosphere is incredible. The rooms and hallways and elevators smelled and looked so clean! I have never been to a place where I didn’t have one single tiny complaint but this weekend I’ve met my match! We will definitely be back! Oh and the food was incredible! Everywhere we went it was just phenomenal. We are so incredibly pleased!

Hotel que necesito urgente una reciclada. Las habitaciones son oscuras , sus instalaciones son antiguas presentando un deterioro. El precio es elevado para el servicio que ofrecen. Lo mejor estar al aire libre en la piscina. El personal tarda en la atención y en mi caso no encontraban la reserva. Hay muchos hoteles a menor precio con mejores servicios e instalaciones

Other then the fact one of the buildings was being remodeled and closed not much to complain about. It is a resort during a pandemic. Staff is real nice and helpful. Convention center was fantastic. It could have had just a little more food choices open but again it is a pandemic and something is always open. The real high end dinning location is as good as any I have been to.Rooms are nice but not high end suites.

We got the villa for the first time, after staying here a few times before in the suites we were pleasantly surprised by the updates made in the suites and villas!The only thing keeping this from being a five star is that the beds were super uncomfortable in the villas. I could feel every coil and the pillows were soft but so soft they left no support. Really sad as the rest of the space was a dream vacation.Would love to come back, but give the villas (that we spent $$$$ on) better beds please!

Overall a good experience, rooms were decent size but dated, major differences between tower one and tower three. Staff was friendly and property was well kept.My major complaint was the food.Both the breakfast buffet and the cafe24 food quality was sub par at best.I've had better quality food from a Wingate for free than what I paid 40 bucks for two of us for....overall they did a great job and with the continued improvements I'll be back.

Very nice place at a nice price. The pool is awesome, definitely a must try if staying. Service was nice and polite. Great choice of TV channels and movies. Nice large rooms with nice views. My only issue was that the "all day" room service meals were only available from 6pm to 10pm. Not quite all day.

The resort was beautiful and rooms were clean. Had a spacious gym to work out and multiple food options around the resort. Multiple pools and waterpark with slides. DJ and outside bar. Highly recommend. They do close the pool down for weather precautions.

Just got back from a week long stay at the Caribe Royale. This hotel is amazing. Very reasonably priced, beautiful updates, top notch on cleanliness. While staying here I noticed nothing was neglected. With many previous hotel experiences I've noticed small things neglected like full trash cans etc. The Caribe Royale has top notch staffing. I witnessed around the clock attention to the cleanliness of the hotel. We tried the 5 star restaurant located on the property. It truly was 5 stars. Very pricey but worth every penny. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. When we missed our Disney bus they helped make a taxi reservation. We stayed in a newly renovated room and it was absolutely beautiful! The pools, bars and eating facilities on ground were great too! I have no complaints only that I did have to check out to go home! The Caribe Royale is a beautiful place from the landscaping, pool, main entrance pool bar, waterside and many more. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There was great cleaning of the pool deck and chairs. Parking cost is much better than most. Great location to so many places. Comfortably beds. You just can't go wrong.

visited Caribe Royale Orlando back in July of 2013 on a family vacation to Universal Studios. the property and rooms were very welcoming. Easy access to parking, quick commute to the parks, the room was exceptional. The pool and water slide were a great ending to our vacation as we spent the last day at the hotel relaxing. It was a very memorable experience and i hope to visit again someday soon as i always go through my old photos and remember the good times i had there.

Excelente experiência tudo perfeito embora o preço seja bem alto estávamos em 4 optamos por ficar em um apartamento de 2 quartos sala 2 banheiros cozinha completa com todos utensilios necessários quarto de casal suite e banheira de hidromassagem

I have traveled all over the United States the last two years and this room was my favorite room so far.Why ? As you enter the first room to the right you will see a working desk, a couch, chair, a cabinet with a tv, fridge, and microwave. Then a second door that separates the sleeping area from the lounging area. The second door stops the usual noises most hotels have from other passing guest. This is a noise barrier and the walls on either side as well. When going through the second door you will find to the right a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub/shower. It only fits two smaller people or one large but very nice. There is also a second vanity right outside the bathroom door which is nice to get ready with multiple guest. This room is absolutely the quietest room I have ever stayed in even with a party right next door for two days / nights. The bed could be alittle softer but if you like a firmer bed you will like it. Then the view from the top floor or 10th was gorgeous. I had the pleasure of having a view of the pool area in the pictures in building 1. The whole experience was magnificent. The food, amenities, rooms, and quietness. I only wish the spa was open but covid shut it down. I highly recommend this property and resort.

The hotel is a beautiful place in terms of space. Its has lots of rooms up to 500 and can accommodate lots of guests at the same time.The hotel has lots of rooms for meeting, seminars and workshops or conferences activities. The main ballroom has a capacity for over a thousand guest.The hotel has 2 specific towel buildings of about 10 floor each.I came here for a special program and am enjoying every bit of the services, food and environment.The service team are outstanding and very professional.I will recommend this hotel to family's and large conference activities.

Beautiful stay of 3 nights. Can't fault anything, the resort is simply immaculate, rooms are well furnished, well maintained and extremely clean. All areas are well maintained and tastefully decorated. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The exterior is also beautiful and well manicured. Didn't try the food so can't comment on that.

My husband and I just returned from our 4 day trip to Orlando.We stayed at Caribe Royale and really enjoyed our stay there. Friendly staff. Beautiful resort hotel near just about everything. Would have loved to have had the room cleaned when we had first requested, but it's no big deal. We would stay here again.

Stayed at the Caribe for 12 nights on vacation. The hotel itself is very nice. Great pool, views, and extremely close to all of the parks. Room was clean when we arrived, and appeared to be well sanitized. Very spacious as well. The food here is not that great, especially for the price. No flavor on anything and not a big selection. The exception to this was the Venetian restaurant in the hotel which was the best food we ate here. But you are definitely going to pay for it. The staff is friendly as well. Make sure you follow up if you order room service because they forgot to put us down for it after we asked and had to go ask again at the front desk. Would I stay here again? Probably. But definitely wouldn't spend money on the food here if you can help it.

We have stayed at this hotel more times than I can count. Awesome hotel. The rooms are great for a family with kids. The couch room has its own TV with a pull out bed and two queens in the main room. Pool is awesome. Staff is nice. Highly recommended 👍.

Great facility not great customer service... Got this one pretty good price for 2.nights and when we arrived facility was very good looking. Huge lobby easy check-in. Great pool, up-to-date rooms and comfy beds. Not excellent but pretty impressive. I was thinking that was a sensational deal and i was going to write a review immediately. But waited till visit over. After check-in we Did go to poolside bar, 25 minutes no server has come over. tables were full around us and people were eating and drinking during that time I've asked from bartender to send someone and I've heard he told waitresses. Meantime nobody showed up to help us. Eventually an unhappy waitress showed up and told that lightning warning is out and they cant serve outside. We said OK lets get inside. Nobody showed.up another 10 minutes :) Eventually another not so happy waitress showed up and we got our order out Food was not impressive but definitely not bad. After that part is over I've had to ask some help from Front Desk I've walked there and asked some help about electrical thing and the person straight out said sorry we cannot help you... So great facilities but need to improve customer service

The Christmas decor made for a very festive over night stay. The room was cozy. The separate sitting area was nice. If you like "firm" beds then you're in luck 😊 Pillows well I'll rate them a ZERO lumpy thin made for a reminder to bring my own next time. The pool and area is amazing! Definitely a nice surprise so definitely bring swimming gear. Oh an a pool view is a definite suggestion of a request we however got a parking lot view. The hot water was finicky but once figured out the faucet it was fine.

This resort has everything you will need!! We loved it. We booked our weekend stay here to enjoy the many amenities this hotel had to offer. I mainly wanted to enjoy the large beautiful sparkling pool which is located right in the middle of the hotel and looks amazing. The water slide was a additional bonus. It had a wonderful bar and small sports games right next to the pool so we all were entertained. It’s also looks beautiful at night where you can find other residents enjoying drinks at the bar. Breakfast was not included but it was amazing also for a small fee. I’ll recommend toanyone who has children’s and also want to entertain themselves. Great place for everyone

😡😡😡😡😡 En esta misma reseña había puesto todo lo que me gustó del hotel:Ubicado a unos 20 minutos de los parques,es un hotel cómodo,la comida está muy buena, aunque es un hotel reformado, se nota en algunos detalles, ofrece una buena área de descanso, la piscina, el jardíncon parque para los niños y un excelente gimnasio para no perder la forma. El personal, todo el personal que nos atendió súper servicial,son rápidos a la hora de atender algúnservicio solicitado.PERO TODO LO ANTES EXPUESTO SE CAE CUANDO MI HIJO PEQUEÑO DE 7 AÑOS ME COMENTÓ LO QUE LE PASÓ EN LA PISCINA DEL HOTEL: Dice que cuando estaba para tirarse en el tobogán el salvavidas del hotel que estaba a su lado le dijo en español que si vienen niños gringos o ingleses al tobogán, mi hijo se tenía que poner a la cola porque tienen prioridad, porque mi hijo habla español 😖😖😖Esto no tiene perdón por ningún lado y lástima que me enteré cuando regresamos a nuestro hogar las Islas Canarias.Y esto lo comparto porque como madre me duele que le hagan eso a mi hijo pero como persona no sabía que había gente tan estúpidas a esta altura de la vida y sobre todo para hablarle así a un niño.Estuvimos allí desde el 27 de febrero al 3 de marzo 2019.

Excelente!!! Nos encanto! Tiene entretenimiento sano y familiar a toda hora. Restaurantes y un colmadito abierto 24 horas donde puedes comprar pizza y cositas para picar. Tambien tiene piscina, jacuzzi, unas hermosas cascaditas y una chorrera para el disfrute de los pequeños. Adicional cuenta con un pequeño parque de chorritos yun playground. Ya es la segunda vez que venimos y nos encantaria volver.
