First time writing a review but I felt compelled to after this stay. We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we checked in after driving for ten hours we were given a room. We were turned off by the dirty elevator floors and paper wrappers in the corners but anxious to get to our room only to find we were given a room with nothing but a bed, tv and a refrigerator in the corner, not even a chair to sit in. We called downstairs for a change and we’re told they are waiting for furniture because the room was recently redone. I was told that since I had a king size handicapped room there were no others available. I explained I didn’t ask for a handicapped room or a king size bed so a fully furnished room would be great. Then I was told there would be an up charge for that. After a lengthy back and forth we finally got another room and it was the dirtiest room I have ever seen. The rug was stained the bathroom had someone else’s stains all over the toilet seat . It was filthy! The desk chair was torn and the leather was almost completely peeled off! I wish I could post the pictures it was really bad. We were told this was the only room left so too tired to go elsewhere we cleaned the room and when we checked out asked the manager to call us. We never heard from her and after repeated phone calls I reached her assistant. The level of sarcasm and confrontation from this women was unbelievable. I explained the room was unfurnished and her response was “ did it have a bed.. did it have a tv oh so it had furniture”Everything was our fault . We should have asked for another room ( even though we were told there were no others), we should have gone to another hotel . I can never understand why people deal with a customer in such a way. In the end she offered to take half off , this hasn’thappenedyet. Now you know why I am writing my first review…save yourself the aggravation there are other hotels. This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. If we hadn’t checked in at 1 am for one night I would have left. Our first room was filthy, stains on the carpet, toilet and bathtub. Moving Bugs on the light fixtures, stained carpet and couch, the pull out couch is disgusting and to top it off someone had written on the walls, “Look Up”. Our second room was just as filthy. We would have left if it wasn’t the middle of the night and we weren’t so tired from driving 10 hours straight. I slept on top of the bed fully clothed. To top everything off we arrive at a non-existent breakfast. With non-working broken waffle makers and no food at 6:30am. The seating in the food area was just as nasty as the hotel rooms. Do not stay at this hotel the hotel owners should be ashamed charging over $200 for these nasty rooms. Este é o hotel mais desagradável em que já fiquei. I made a reservation to stay here by calling the main Hilton number.I was traveling with my nine year old son and two dogs.When I made the reservation, I made sure to ask about the pet policy and was told that they had a two pet limit but no weight restriction.I made sure to ask because one of our dogs is a Greyhound.When I arrived at the hotel at 830pm after traveling all day, I was told by the front desk clerk that we could not stay there because the combined weight of our dogs was over 75 lbs.I told her that I was told when I made the reservation that there was no weight limit.She would not budge. She said the policy was on the website and basically laughed at us when we walked off.When I finally found somewhere else to stay, I checked the location’s website and there was no such policy listed. After twenty minutes on the phone with Hilton, I was told that the hotel was in the wrong and given a generous credit towards my rewards points.It is clear to me that the clerk just did not like the look of my dog and we were arbitrarily asked to leave at 830 at night.Just be aware to get written confirmation of the pet policy if you intend to stay there with dogs. The lobby is the only decent looking area! The hotel is surrounded by low budget hotels so it can get weird! I had the whirlpool "suite" and kept getting rude calls from the front desk because someone said the whirlpool was too loud at 1am lol! They failed to do anything about the entire hallway smelling like weed! Didn't know we had a time limit on the whirlpool and no, I didn't turn it off since I paid extra for the room, I ran it all night!. I will never return! No thanks! By the way, it looked like something exploded in the microwave, I saw a big roach at the top of the door and last, they did a poor caulking job around the whirlpool! The motel itself is great though had no problems and the pool and hot tub was great my son and my niece and nephews loved it along with the weight rooms. The room is clean enough and the floor was very clean I will say very! No bugs that's all I care about anyway and there isn't any here!!!! GREAT PLaCE!!!! But if someone is very picky the walls looked like someone played wall ball on them with sneakers black marks all over my walls!! I took pics. Which like I said that doesn't bother me at all!!! So I would definitely recommend staying here oh yeah so far a double bed cost me 230 which $25should come back off today for incidentals. But I'd check it out no problems!!!!
