“The staff is rude. No one responds when you call. Tried to book spa appointments and no one called back. I wanted a room not in the ground floor. I was told if I paid $500 more per night - yes per night for 5 nights ($2,500) then I would be guaranteed a higher floor. I made these reservations two months in advance so I would have a request met. Spoke with Michael Murray, the manager who said my room type was confirmed in my email. It was not. Only if I opened ‘modify reservation’ would I have seen it. It’s a way for them to make money on your incorrect reservation. Please, with all the wonderful hotels in the Desert, you can do much better than this rip-off”
