Extremely overpriced for the quality. The room was filthy. Dust on every surface, water stains on the nightstands from the last lodgers, and soap and water scum on the bathroom floor (nobody bothered to mop). When you pay over 400€ for a room, you expect it to be spotless, but this hotel can’t even do the minimum. The staff were friendly and the food was good, but of course it should be for the price. If this is the “best” Dublin has to offer, I’d skip the city entirely and spend your money in a place where you can actually get what you paid for.

We spent 6 days at The Marker Hotel Dublin. It's definitely a unique looking hotel with design and style. The staff are all generally quite nice. The rooftop bar is quite good although we only ever ended up there once. Bit of a missed opportunity. My friend enjoyed the spa downstairs. The breakfasts are okay. An odd quirk in both rooms were the pillow cases were too small. The exposed pillows underneath were super pilly and icky feeling.

Booked a disabled room for my mother as she has Primary Progressive MS and mobility issues. I booked this room 10 months prior to my visit with my mother. I had been directly in contact with the hotel who assured me that we would have a wheel in shower. This was a birthday gift to my mother from me. Upon arriving, it transpired that our room was “accessible” in the eyes of somebody who had clearly NEVER met a person with mobility issues. The bathroom had a bath with grab handles randomly thrown around the room. The handles were not even in places that make sense for use by a disabled person. We immediately rang down to reception as this meant that my mother would not be able to wash for the duration of our stay. It took over 40 minutes and us reminding staff that we were waiting to be informed of what to do. This put a massive dampener on our night as we were due to attend a concert in the three arena and couldn’t get ready to leave. We were made to feel that this should be acceptable and that the room was almost accessible. We were offered two drinks vouchers for this. Upon checkout the next day, we again raised our issues with the management. We did not feel listened to or valued as patrons of the hotel. I was so disappointed as I wanted my mother to enjoy this stay like anybody else could and had gone out of my way to contact the hotel prior to ensure this. Not 5 star service by any means. So so disappointing.

We celebrated my husband's birthday in its brasserie, what a wonderful experience we had! The food is insanely delicious. My husband had cod fillet, it was perfectly cooked with flavour inside. I had duck breast it was also cooked with flavour, tender and juicy. The deserts were just amazing, best I ever had! I loved my coffee mouse, and the tart that my husband ordered was also full of flavour, it has pistachio inside, added a little salty note, just genius! In general, we had a great night here, he had a unforgettable birthday, thank you so much! We will be back for some important events in our family again.

O tamanho do quarto é um pouco menor do que o esperado pelo preço pago. Dito isto, foi uma experiência agradável. Teve comida aqui em uma das noites. A comida estava boa. O bar da cobertura também foi bom.Apenas uma desvantagem foi o desligamento da água, o que estava fora do controle do hotel, pois era um trabalho próximo a ser realizado na rede elétrica. Eles lidaram muito bem com isso e compensaram isso, que foi um gesto inesperado e agradável.

Lovely hotel. Really felt special by the staff. Only 1 or 2 very small things.. No coffee in the room (despite having a coffee machine) but complementery coffee was sent up. Also no tea spoon given with tea cup at breakfast. Other than that it was amazing and a real treat. Bed so comfy and a huge bathroom with amazing bath and heated floor. Would definitely recommend

Room size is a little smaller than expected for the price paid. That said it was a pleasant experience. Had food here on one of the nights. The food was good. The rooftop bar was also good.Only one downside was water being turned off which was outwith the hotels control as this was nearby work being carried out on the mains. They handled it very well and compensated for this which was a nice unexpected gesture.

The place is a hotel - that's it.I don't get what the fuss is about it's 5 stars or being a Leading Hotel of the World.The rooms are fine, but the TV is lacking streaming options.The bathroom floor was constantly wet from the poor shower design.The floors were pretty gross, you could see spots from previous visitors.The service in the bar was abysmal, we were the only couple.Our waitress kept walking by us while we were waiting to get our bill and leave.They held a staff meeting behind the bar while we were sitting there looking at them to finish up so we could move on.We asked for transportation to the airport like a hotel shuttle or car; we got a disgusting cab with a terrible driver.For the price, not worth it.For a much smaller price, maybe worth it.

Beautiful hotel in great location Staff very helpful- big thank you to Lazio Amazing spa area one of the best I've seen....... only disappointment was the restaurant, the fine dining was not that fine and the brasserie seemed to be part of reception area. In my opinion neither were good value and the food wasn't what I'd expect from a hotel of that standard. On a positive the breakfast was excellent!

My first time at the Marker and I will happily go back. The highly professional staff and the fabulous cocktails made our night a memorable one. The cocktails were very strong so definitely value for money. The seating was cool and the decor was gorgeous.

We stayed in The Marker Hotel for three nights for our Honeymoon as we were unable to travel abroad. Although we had a lovely stay, I found the hotel to be quite basic for a 5*.We stayed in a suite as we had a baby with us. The room was bigger than a traditional hotel room but for the price we were paying I was disappointed. The tv was facing in a different direction to the bed and the underfloor heating did not appear to work. I was also disappointed that the hotel made no effort with regards to congratulating us on our wedding, a small note or chocolates in the room would have been a nice simple touch.The staff in the hotel, particularly the doormen/concierge were extremely eager to help and were very friendly. The reception staff were lovely, particularly the lady who checked us in on the first day.The spa was nice, we stayed in the thermal area for an hour. Again, I didn't think it was anything overly fancy.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel is lovely but I personally wouldn't have it down as a 5* and I don't think the experience matched the amount that we payed.Claire

Otima escolha em Dublin O hotel e bem localizado, para quem vai ao Centro de Convencoes, mas da para ir aos principais pontos turisticos de taxi em 10 minutinhos. Hotel maravilhoso, cafe da manha tambem impecavel e nao deixe de ir na area de spa (no quarto tem informacoes de que voce precisa pagar, mas se esta hospedado no hotel o uso da area de spa e gratis - piscina, hidromassagem e saunas). We spent our first night here at the Marker hotel in Dublin as we began our tour of Ireland. Outstanding attention to detail, a great restaurant and a quality staff. Had dinner at the restaurant which was also exceptional!

I had an amazing experience today at the spa. The massage and facial were one of the best I have ever had and Milly was extremely professional and kind. I would give 5 stars without hesitation, however, I am giving 3 stars due to an unpleasant phone call I received after arriving home from the spa. Somehow, even though upon leaving speaking to a staff member at the reception, 'the bill was not settled'. I had given my card details on reservation and due to nothing being mentioned by the staff member when I was leaving, I just assumed they billed by card. Nothing was mentioned regarding paying the bill on arrival to the spa either. The staff member was rather impolite and abrupt over the phone and it felt like she was putting the blame in my corner. I couldn't help but feel by her tone and words used, she was insinuating I did it purposely. I was quite shocked when she asked could I come in today to settle the bill. I do not live close to town and suggested to pay the bill over the phone instead. She told me they do not like to settle bills over the phone, however, agreed to accept payment over the phone as I too was keen to settle the bill today. The phone call completely tainted the fantastic experience I had in the spa, which is an utter shame, as the staff when I was there were all so friendly and welcoming. Some sort of miscommunication clearly happened and the problem could have easily been resolved over the phone. There was no need for that entire ordeal over the phone and feeling upset after the phone call ended.

Fui somente para almoçar no Rootop do hotel. Lugar bonito. Preço das coisas alto, porém o padrão também é alto. A todo momento eles perguntam se você precisa de algo, sempre mantém a sua mesa cheia. Você pensou, eles estariam lá pra te fazer feliz! As comidas muito tem produzidas e temperos marcantes. Recomendo ir em um dia de sol!

This is the reason to keep coming backLeon Ashmore and the BEST AND HIS MOST WELCOMING STAFF. I have stayed at RITZ CARLTON-FOUR SEASON—. The MARKER has far exceeded whatever hotel I have stayed! FEELS LIKE HOME WHEN YOU ARRIVE. If you don’t make the decision to stay at the MARKER HOTEL DUBLIN —-then you made a bad decision! The restaurant staff is always right there for everything-from breakfast to lunch to dinner and the rooftop bar! I want to keep giving praise as I don’t think I’m giving enough praise period this is my second stage of 3 to 5 days and I would prefer to stay here than anywhere else in the world. The CONCIERGE LASLO- Gets everything done(Rental car assistance-made sure we had transportation all of our stay and of course his handsome smile and we can accommodate any of your needs. I have been traveling for 52 years and have stayed at some of the nicest hotels in the World and by far the best experience I have ever had was at this hotel. I run a large business and was very envious of the culture Leon and his team have created as all where on the same. ( I would pay Leon, Laslo, Kimberly, and the young lady who served us breakfast plus everyone else we had contact with to come spend a week with my team in the states) . Thank you for making our trip so much more special..

Great experience. Staff were friendly and efficient. Service was brilliant. Plenty of sanitation stations. Dinner on the roof top was fantastic. Food and drink were super. Breakfast in the room was lovely, brought in hostess trolley that opened up to a table with a hot draw incorporated, was a stroke of genius. The room was beautiful with a really comfy bed and all spotlessly clean. Could not recommend the experience enough, most enjoyable.

Uno de los mejores hoteles de Dublín. Sin embargo, en mi caso la terraza estaba cerrada, a pesar de ser un día asado de Invierno, así como el gym y el spa (sólo por esa tarde). Es de gran calidad, pero el precio es bastante elevado. Tengo dudas sobre si repetiré.

Me gustó mucho venir a este hotel, no porque me alojase en él sino porque en su azotea dispone de un bar-terraza muy agradable con unas vistas muy interesantes de esta zona de Dublín.Se accede por el hall principal de hotel y tras pedir mesa abajo, junto al ascensor, te suben arriba y otro empleado te acompaña a tu mesa. Como suele llover, tienen una zona cubierta y otra cerrada, pero nosotros optamos por sentarnos más "al aire", pues hacía un día bastante bueno, aunque fresco.Nos pedimos un buen par de cervezas artesanas, nos pusieron unos fruto secos deliciosos, nos ofrecieron unas mantitas por si teníamos frío, había WiFi y los camareros eran de lo más atento. En definitiva, una experiencia la mar de agradable que, en nuestro caso, sirvió para ponerle una de las últimas guindas a nuestros días por la capital irlandesa.
