Fantastic hotel that has a grand lobby and beautiful accommodations. The views outside are absolutely fantastic of the city and very conveniently located near many downtown offices. Beds are comfortable and staff is friendly. Only downside is there’s no pool.

We have really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk staff are very knowledgeable. The valet staff are kind and helpful. The housekeepers are efficient, detail oriented. We loved the fitness center, the beds are ultra comfy. Very clean. Chic decor. Beautiful view with big windows. Close to many delicious restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

I just did a weekend getaway and booked my room here. The property is very swanky, not to mention my city view room was nice and clean upon arrival. I was able to walk to Pike Place in 9 minutes where I got to ride The Great Wheel and get an iced coffee from "the very first Starbucks". The monorail tram to get to the Space Needle was a short walk away as well. Room service is reasonably priced and the food served is alright. The staff is very attentive. I would stay here when I visit Seattle again.

Incredible service, location is perfect for a visit for anyone wanting to get chowder or coffee at the market every morning. Was delighted to get an initial upgrade; used a suite coupon and got an amazing suite on the 30th floor. James was very kind and helpful, ensured our stay was smooth, even with current conditions. Globalists can enjoy in room breakfast in lieu of club access. 100% recommend for anyone visiting!

We've stayed here twice, most recently last weekend. Very nice hotel, impeccably clean rooms, great views, very close to prime tourist attractions. Corner King suite was an inexpensive but highly worthwhile upgrade. Really appreciated the app-based check-in and check-out, and the soft key. I wish there were more Hyatts in the places I typically travel, as I'd probably make the jump from Marriott elite status. Pro-tip: the delicatessen downstairs is delicious, and has a great selection of snacks and drinks as well.

quiet and comfortable half the hotel was shutdown and no hot water only warm, gym is closed for covid as are food and bar service. this information should be provided on the information guide

Beautiful property. Wish I knew that it was $55 a night to park the car first, but everything else was great. Excellent views and accomodations. Parking cost and they forgot to clean the room, but made it right by providing a credit for breakfast meal!

The hotel location and convenience of a Starbucks located inside were the best features. The tub was broken. We asked for a rollaway and was given an air mattress to meet fire code. Mattress had a leak and deflated right away. Overall, we were underwhelmed by the experience and the staff's willingness to accommodate.

Have loved the Grand Hyatt for many years. Bellmen are helpful and engaging. Perfect location. Generous bathroom with separate shower. Despite a generous tip, despite a written request, the maid allowed us to run out of toilet paper, more than once! Yikes. Regrettably, building maintenance (stained walls around air duct etc)is sadly behind.

The giant soaking tubs. It would be nice to be able to get drinks from bar and sit in lobby or go back to hotel room, but the restaurant won't do that.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Location is right in town and in walking distance to a lot of attractions shopping, food outlets, movie theatre, arcade for adults and children, etc. Hotel also has good amenities including a workout center. Not really unless you desire a swimming pool which they don't have. Children stay free at the Hyatt and that is a big plus

I personally enjoyed the location of this hotel to be downtown but not downtown Seattle. There are great views from this hotel and the staff was most excellent! the Only downfall to this hotel were the snooty customers but as far as the hotel goes it was exquisite!
