“As regras da pandemia são aplicadas alongando-se no hotel. Aqueles que enchem o próprio prato no café da manhã não são ouvidos. O pastel de água é fraco, a limpeza é fraca, existe um ferro e uma tábua de engomar no quarto. Sem sacos para colocar os sujos. O minibar está vazio.”

“Cuando venga un cliente más rico, puede dejarlo solo en el lobby y tres personas pueden ir a atender al otro cliente. Aparte de esto, como alguien que se queda en hoteles todo el tiempo, puedo decir que si desea pagar un hotel de 5 estrellas y alójate en un hotel de 3 estrellas calidad, este hotel es para ti :)) El personal de la habitación en el desayuno fue lo único bueno del hotel.Me gustaría agradecerles una vez más desde aquí.”
