“DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had no hot water, and when we brought it to Yessi’s attention, they said they would fix it. The next day, they had not. After checking that notes had been made in accordance to our room number, they said they had. After calling Hilton corporate to rectify the situation, they stated no notes had been made on the account and the staff denied we requested any service to remedy the lack of hot water. They offered us points. This is why I never stay at Hiltons and always choose Mariott. Never again. BEWARE. NÃO FIQUE AQUI!
