Please STAY AWAY from this hotel. Housekeeping ransacked my room, bagged all my belongings up haphazardly and then stole about $400 worth of my tools for work. Management won't even address the situation even though it was reported 4 days ago. Breakfast was terrible at best. Management here seems to care very little if at all about the guest experience. The only stairway was closed for my entire stay of over a month. This is very illegal. If there happens to be a fire I guess you could jump from your window if you can get it open. Also, they had 2 washing machines but only 1 was even working. I was forced to use an outside laundry service. Hilton should distance itself from the management at this hotel because it gives the brand a bad name.

Location is perfect. So many restaurants and shopping options right next to it. The rooms had a full fridge/freezer, dishes and silverware plus a dishwasher!! If you want to cook, they offer electric stove tops-just ask the front desk. There is a nice fire pit in the front and a grill available outside too. Didn't stay long enough to use the pool, looked pretty small but it's an option. I guess the only downside is since this is a pet friendly hotel, some guests next to us had a couple of yippie dogs..but that's not the hotels fault.

Very nice newer hotel with a great location right next to the Short Pump mall. The rooms are big and as an extended stay hotel have extras that were helpful for our two night stay. A bigger fridge and real tableware. A couple of issues that affected my rating...the pool was really cloudy and dirty looking so we chose to not swim. At check in we were told that breakfast was served until 10am. On our first morning we arrived in the lobby just after 9am and realized they were trying to shut down breakfast. The omelets and french toast was all old and hard and were not going to be refreshed. We basically only had time to grab cold to go items. Check out was 12pm which was nice for Black Friday as we got up early to go shopping then came back and had time to shower for the day.

Everyone was clean, the location was good, and the breakfast was better than expected. Our only complaints were 1) that there was a dog barking nonstop for over an hour across the hall from us (we understand it's a pet friendly hotel, we have a dog ourselves. But your pet shouldn't be a nuisance). 2) the hard floor by the door was sticky 3) the bathroom pocket door didn't have a lock or easy way to pull out when it was fully open. Would recommend Home2 Suites overall.

Good stay overnight. The hotel is less than a year old. There’s a pool, laundry, and gym. Free parking. Quiet. I always look under the mattress for bed bugs and thankfully there were none! Hot shower. Only gave me 1 washcloth which was weird. The room was clean but there were a few crumbs leftover in the microwave and the dressers next to the bed had stains which easily just needed to be wiped down. I think the best part of the hotel is the location. It’s directly across from a mall. Lots of food choices and shopping that you can walk to. If you can book the hotel for a good rate then I would stay here.
