“We booked a Marvelous Suite for 2 nights. The staff at the front desk were fantastic! Very professional and helpful. The rooms themselves were fine and bed was comfortable. The only issue was that we were informed on the second day that there was to be an overnight electricity cut and that there would be no power in the hotel from 11pm to 6am. We had an early departure for the airport so no electricity was going to be a problem so we had to change hotels for our last night. We would have liked it if they could have told us in advance as this really disrupted our visit to Bogotá and we ended up going to the airport the evening before.”

They give me suggestions of places to go, remember I am a vegetarian and help me with anything they can. Besides they are always super helpful and lovely to talk to!
