“Nothing Desk was not clean, no fitted sheet, so the mattress was constantly exposed, carpet not tacked down - hazard, could hear the shower and the toilet flushing from another room, shower pressure was awful. Would never stay there again”

“The room was nice. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The mini fridge was completely empty and the iron was missing. We waited to check-in for a while too. For the price in Chicago, it's a great hotel.”
