“Having stayed at the Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico in Ponta Delgada, I can say that it is a great hotel with a lot of positive aspects. The location is ideal, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to nearby attractions.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The only downside was that some aspects of the decor and furnishings felt a bit dated and in need of refreshing.
The service at the hotel was generally good, with friendly and helpful staff. However, there were a few instances where it felt like the service was a bit slow or disorganized, especially during peak times.
The hotel's amenities were excellent, with a beautiful pool area and a well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was also quite good, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

“Been to this hotel twice in 2022 and I say I liked it more in the Summer. Last time we were there there was no couples bed (requested in the reservation)
I miss the coffee machine we had in the Summer but it's not a deal breaker for me.
Room has a mini fridge and. There is a little grocery store near by if you want some snacks.
Cleaning crew is fantastic and very accomodating. Ask the receptio. If you need help and they will always try to assist”
