“When we arrived on 11-3-2022 they gave us our key to our room which was on the 7th floor.Mind you we wanted the top floor to have the view of the city lights at night. We opened the door to our room one of the beds wasn’t clean, bathroom wasn’t clean, stuff on the chair. Wasn’t happy at all plus we had to make like 3 trips downstairs nobody knew exactly where room 708 was. Then they give us 208 room and the view is of the parking lot! I work with the public every day and they didn’t seem like they were too worried about being apologetic. We really wanted the experience of seeing the Kansas City lights at night. Not a happy customer!!!”

“Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Assisted us in every request we had and had plenty of recommendations and suggestions for things around the area. Rooms were clean, updated, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Minutes from anything (5 minute or $7 Uber pretty much anywhere) and there's a trolley stop one street over.”
