“The location is ideal with views of both the ocean & the impressive array of boats docked at the marina, but service was sub-par at best. There was never more than one front desk attendant during our stay, making for long, slow moving lines of frustrated guests. Attendants remained friendly & focused on each individual customer but appeared to have no backup or support to call on. The daily resort fee included amenities staff members were unaware of, and we were ultimately charged both the $37 daily resort fee & AGAIN for the amenities that were to have been included. We were encouraged to use the digital key option within Hilton's app, however it only works for your guest room & will not allow access through exterior doors or beach/pool gates.”

Stayed there a year and a half ago, fire alarm was going off for 4 hours and pool was closed. Fast forward, decided to give this property another try and throw my girlfriend a surprise birthday. Got two rooms, during check in I told them I was doing a surprise birthday for my girlfriend and friends would be here shortly to grab the keys so they could decorate while we were out at dinner. Pretty simple request but they would not give the keys to my guests so they were stuck outside the room waiting for us. Not much of a surprise. Also the rooms were about 400 additional dollars than what I was told for “resort fees”. The pool was closed, what resort? Asked the front desk for pillows, they never came. Charged all my guests for parking which was about 150 PER PERSON for the whole stay times that by 6 cars, do the math. Called them back after and they said they would refund my guests their parking costs. Never happened. Breakfast was just around 100 dollars per couple. Nice property but we will never stay there again. My other 7 guests will likely be giving a 1 star review.”
